Very poor customer service at their Garland loction. Horrible manager.

By far the best dentist I have been to and I have lived all over the United States. I was a little put off at first by how hard it was to schedule, but once I was there I totally understood. I seriously forgot I was in a dental office - THIS PLACE IS A DAY SPA! The staff was gorgeous, SUPER polite, and accommodating. I was worried I was about to be hit with a huge bill (I needed some serious work and I knew I didn't pay a lot for my insurance) but the "treatment coordinator" hooked it up BIG TIME. They were very creative and informative about my treatment options and gave me several ways to accomplish my goal. Past doctors basically told me my ONLY option which was always too expensive for me. Although it may take some time - literally years :( - to reach my goal I'm going to look forward to every visit! Thank you MINT dentistry and Dr. Harrison. You and your superbly trained staff have changed my mind about dentists and made a Mint patient for life!
