Por muchos anos e tenido que recibir servicios de gastrontorologia .pero nunca havia esperimentado la calidad y la humanidad que ponen cada unos de los trabajadores .emfermeras y medicos que trabajan con el DR. Felippo Cremonini. El cual te trata no como paciente medico te hace sentir como familia dandote atencion y apollo.lo recomiendo sin dudar

I have been trying to get test results for over two oweeks now even signed a release form for my primary care physician to obtain the results from the practice, and they stil haven’t responded. They ignore calls, so call in from a different number and someone will answer. Last , the staff is incompetent and has a lot of scheduling issues.

I had an 11:00AM appt. Got there at 10:45 and waiting room was totally filled-all seats occupied and people also standng. Inasmuch as I am handicapped,staff took me to a room where there were 2 seats available-the rest taken by more patients. At 12:30PM,I asked staff how lond it would be for me and was told that a new patient had just bee taken into the examning room and t hat there were 4 more patients ahead of me. I walked out and in the week that has passed noone has tried to contact me. The Dr. is mannerless and vain.

He actually cares about his patients. The GI Dr I had before just blew me off. I know something was wrong. Dr Cremonini diagnosed me with UC and Gastritis. I will not go to anyone else.

I WAS A PATIENT OF DR CREMONINI'S. I THOUGHT HE WAS A GOOD DR AND SCHEDULED AN APPT FOR A ANNUAL FOLLOWUP. AT THE TIME I ADVISED THEM I HAD CHANGED FROM ONE BCBS PROVIDER TO ANOTHER BCBS PROVIDER. I TOLD THEM THE NUMBER AND ASKED THEM TO VERIFY THEY ACCEPTED MY NEW COVERAGE. THEY SAID YES AND BOOKED MY APPT. WHEN I ARRIVED FOR MY APPT THEY INFORMED ME THEY WERE NOT IN MY NETWORK. I EXPLAINED THAT I HAD VERIFIED THIS FACT WHEN I SCHEDULED MY APPT AND I HAD DOUBLE-CHECKED ON MY BCBS WEBSITE. SHE SAID NO. IT WOULD BE OUT OF NETWORK AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE OUT OF NETWORK FEE. I LEFT, UNHAPPY BECAUSE I HAD AN 8:00 O'CLOCK APPT AND HAD NOT BEEN ALLOWED TO SEE THE DR. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED BCBS AGAIN. ONCE AGAIN THEY CONFIRMED DR CREMONINI WAS IN MY NETWORK AND THEY SHOULD ACCEPT MY COVERAGE. THEY EVEN SENT ME A PRINTOUT, SHOWING HIS NAME, AND GAVE ME A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. I WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE AND PRESENTED THE PROOF. ONCE AGAIN THE FRONT DESK REFUSED ME AND TOLD ME BILLING… CHECKED AND THEY WERE NOT IN MY NETWORK. I REQUESTED A COPY OF MY FILE AND LEFT. NOW I AM WAITING FOR AN APPT WITH ANOTHER DR. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TURNED AWAY BY A DR LIKE THIS BEFORE. THE SAD THING IS, DOES THE DR EVEN KNOW? PATHETIC

Horrible bedside manner! His accusations had me in tears. He also told me that my horrible gas problem may be helped by Cognitive Behaviotal Therapy. I'm no doctor, but I don't see the connection between my thoughts and the odor my body produces....

I called to make an appointment because I was having some Issues with my bowels . I was taken to emergency room 2 weeks earlier and had ct scan and was told to follow up with a Gastroenterologist. So I tried to make appointment with Dr Cremonini. I was not feeling well at all for two days they keep telling me ,we will let you know if the doctor will see you . I had to fax over the info I had from the Emergency room . The next day I call back to see when he will see me and they say the dr said he needs more information before he can see me . At this point I lost it I said are you kidding me Iam sick I need to see a doctor and for two days iam going back and forth almost begging for an appointment . And he still wasn't giving me an appointment. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Iam new to Henderson/ Las Vegas Iam from New York where the doctors are real. I have never done a review on anything or anyone but I felt that people should know what kind of doctor and… office this is . Terrible !!!!!!!.

Dreaded colonoscopy was not so bad after all
