Dr. Filomena Sorongon Pascual, MD

She is very confrontational, very uburpt, disagrees with any opinion other than her own, talks down to parents and does not make her patients feel comfortable.

Poor staff service. Not a good premature Doctor. Not recommended for preemies. Didn’t suggest anything to give for my daughter being underweight. And they forget to save information about children’s vaccinations make sure you have them stamped right away.

She's worth the wait! She caught an illness my son had and he would have died had it not been for her. We are so thankful for Dr. Pascual. Yes, you have to wait to see her, but she knows her stuff and I trust her with both of my kids. We have been with her for 16 years and she has always give us great advice!

Dr. Filomena Pascual is very rude. She yells at patients. Does not explain in detail her procedures to the patients in advance and rushes through them. Children are left with shock on their face, asking what just happened? Especially for physicals. Just terrible. Will never come back.

My daughter was with Dr. Pascual for 4 years. There were always too many patients waiting to be seen, which is good and bad. It means that she was willing to get you in the same day for an illness, bad if you had a well baby appt. There is not really a separate waiting area that is enforced. I was never impressed with her bedside manner. While she did sometimes take the time to listen, she was always rushed, talked over me, and didn't do well with remembering important details in regards to my childs overall health. The front receptionist could use a smile, but the main 'secretary', Sandra, was always courteous and quick when getting referrals. I was most impressed with the PA and often hoped that we would see her instead. Overall, if your child is mostly healthy with a just a cold here and there, Dr. Pascual will be just fine. If your child has any health conditions, please be weary. You will not have any support in advocating for your child.

LOVE THE STAFF HERE , ALSO THE MD. DONT MIND THE WAIT BECAUSE WE KNOW WE ARE GOING TO GET THE BEST SERVICE. AND ANOTHER THING THOSE PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT "NOT BEING TOLD" IT IS THE PATIENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW YOUR INSURANCE AND KNOW IF YOUR DOCTOR TAKES IT BEFORE YOU GO IN TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. REALLY PEOPLE ACT LIKE ADULTS NBOT CHILDREN DEPENDING ON OTHERS.

I waited almost 2 hours to spend 5 minutes with the MD. I make an appt. for my son's two month shots and help but she did not listen to anything we had to say? Horrible experience. There are too many patients in a day and the lady at the front desk needs classes in customer service. This MD needs to be reminded that people respect her time by being on time for a scheduled appt. She needs to respect patients/parents time as well.

I love Dr. Pascual, i have been bringing my children since they where born and she has taken very good care of both of them. I dont mind the wait because i know that i am going to get the best service from her and answers to all my questions. would highly recommend her

My son has been coming here since he was born and i love the staff and Dr. Pascual. They are very nice and always have a smile in their face. I would not change doctors.
