Dr Fiordaliza Toribio is my PCP. I was very impressed of her services specially the way she explained to me my test results X-ray result, and answering my concern. She is very kind to give you advises, What I like her is she takes her time talking to her patients. Very highly recommended to all my family and friends as their PCP.

Go see the doctor. She is the best. I switch my insurance because she was no longer in their Network. I've been with her approximately 4 years and will continue to see her, until the time I can. She is very empathetic to her patients and goes above and beyond. This is the kind of doctor I've been looking for. As I said, she goes above and beyond. You need to check out Dr. Toribio. You will not regret it!!

I arrived at 10:50am for my 11am new patient visit. I was called into one room around 12pm to have my blood pressure checked and for them to enter my information into the computer which took about a half an hour, a patient barged in from the waiting room asking for a mask to cover her mouth. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism in this matter. Once this information was entered I was asked to go back to the waiting room. Somewhere around 1:45 I saw the doctor. I was on my way home by 3:15pm. While scheduling my next appointment, I asked if the wait would be as long, giving leadway for a first visit, and was told if I schedule in the morning because the afternoon is busier. I was there at 11am!!!!She suggested I schedule early like 8 or 9. Are you kidding me? I scheduled for 9:30am so we shall see. They are about 40 minutes away barring traffic. Per Doctor Fiordaliza's orders I made an appt for an ortho dr. It took 3 tries to get a referral sent from this office to… the orthopedic office. First they sent the wrong request, then they said they sent it but it took the third call and a call from the ortho dr's office in order to finally get it. I am giving them one more try. I need to get a referral for phys. therapy. We'll see. To her credit, Dr. Fiordaliza was very attentive and empathetic to the pain I have been having since the end of 2017. She just needs to hire a good office manager who will teach the staff how to properly schedule appointments with an orderly timeframe giving respect to patients' time as well. The staff is very friendly and loving but the running of the office needs work. By the way, the office was not jammed with patients waiting either. There were maybe 6 altogether including myself.

I have gone to Dr Toribio for a very long time. She is a doctor that will go the extra mile for her patients. She is a very good and understanding doctor.

DR. Toribio is the most knowledgeable & caring doctor I have been too. She takes the time to listen to her patients. You really should give her a try!
