Dr. Firouzeh Naghdi, DO

My first time meeting her she was so rushed and so rude to me. Didn’t introduce herself to me and was constantly giving me snippy answers and wasn’t even answering my questions. I had went in to get off of a medication and switch and she ignored me and didn’t even hear me out and is keeping me on a med that does not help me anymore. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor and a human in a long time. I am switching doctors because I would not recommend going to her.

Dose not care or listen to your problems only wants to prescribe pills

Paid to talk to her for 2 minutes and for her to send me to a physical therapist. Not helpful. Didn’t even attempt to diagnose or throughly check for symptoms. Didn’t send me for an X-ray even though I obviously needed one. Went to urgent care later that night and was able to be diagnosed and treatment was started the next day.

Can't seem to find a doctor that is passionate and understanding, she did not say hello when she walked in the room. It was my first time there and she did not even introduced herself, it makes me wonder why can she be nice to other patients when I read positive reviews on her and not me. Did not asked questions about my medical history and she did not made me feel welcomed at all.

Rushes the appointment. Many times she has written the wrong medical information for insurance companies and overcharges. Her nurses are cold and rarely interact. She barely asks for your input and does not even bother saying hello.

I have been a patient of this doctor for several years. She has always shown me the out most care and attention. She always gets me involved in my over all care. Her staff always gets back to you and lets you about your lab results. It is very easy to get same day appointment with her. I highly recommend her to my family and friends.

Dr. Naghdi is one of those talented doctors who stands apart from the rest. Her diagnostic depth is amazing. She cares about all her patience and gives everyone enough care, time & concentration to make an accurate diagnosis and suggests a variety of options. I've changed jobs & relocated a few times and have had a variety of different unmemorable doctors, and I've never written a review. But in this past year that I've been seeing Dr. Naghdi, she has proven to be the best doctor I've ever known.
