Had my appointment moved up the day of and when I get there, they don't have any record of it and take in a walk in instead ( they don't tell me about taking in a walk in)..they stick me in a room and I waited over an 1.5hr to see the doc. Doc comes in and doesn't even acknowledge or apologize about the disgusting wait time. Then, weeks later I get a bill in the mail, stating that the physical I got was not billed as a physical. I should have just went to my husbands doc. (Who has not caused us any issues).Will likely not return if billing issue is not resolved.
