Dr. Flora Ermenia Biancalana, MD

Love her to pieces. Only doc I know who hugs her patients.

Patient of this doctor for 2+ years. Never been pleased with inconvenient office hours, office staff courtesy, or doctors poor beside manner but there are not many holistic physician options in TC that participate with insurance.

I think she might be the only doctor in the Grand Traverse and Leelanau County area who does not care about making money. She is more invested in social justice and actually helping her patients than turning a profit or playing the medical game.

I was a little late to my sons app. due to my baby sitter being late for my other child and not being aware of the office location. Was very apologetic. Staff was very rude along with Dr. Biancalana. I took my son to Dr. Biancalana because my son was expectancing hyperactivity and some other problems. Dr. Biancalana was very rude with my son and not a child friendly doctor at all. She was so rude I almost walked out of the office. She also did not help with dieignosis. I was exctremely disappointed.

Dr. Biancalana knows her stuff and offers alternative care. She is direct and informative.

Ihad avery painfullcebacious syst on th backif my right shoulder in July. I called the office and found out the Doctor B was ompleltly booked for the week as she had ome scheduled trqvel. When Dorcter B foundout about my condituib she scheduked me at the end of the day just after regukar officehours. She had to perform outpatient surery on the shouder and saved me from extensive pain. I greatly appreciate the extra efort from Doctor B.

Absolutely love dr. biancalana. Even with an office full of patients she always makes you feel like you're the only one in there that day. Looks at you and your symptoms form the full life prospective. I appreciate her approach.

So compassionalte. Thourough. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor. She treats the whole patient, not just the symptom.
