Dr. Flora Katsnelson, MD

I had called up to schedule my first appointment for my wife and I since Dr. Katsnelson is taking new patients. I had done my research with my healthcare provider, checking on line and by phone call, that Dr. Katsnelson was in network and accepting new patients. She was on both accounts. When I call, I spoke with Rowel?, the office mgr. and gave him my member ID number. He looked it up and said she is not accepting my insurance. I had even offered to give him the 1-800 number but he reiterated that they would not accept my insurance. Funny, considering that I am covered by UnitedHealthcare on their Choice Plus network, which is one of the largest health insurance companies in the nation. It is too bad that there are poorly trained people taking calls and turning away new business. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

She is so upbeat and always wearing a smile. I love going to see the doctor since I found her. The staff is very professional and the office is so clean!
