Horrible Sevices. To me the place in Harlem is all about the money. I told him twice I did not want to do a filling and he kept insisting. I came for a bleaching and that was it. Thank God I walked out that place. Now I’m billed with a huge billed because they didn’t tell me that they are out of network. This place and the dentist is horrible. They are too forceful and pry on people who are ignorant on dentistry.

FLORA NIDERMAN and her husband PAVEL NIDERMAN are the worst dentists ever. Extremely rough and borderline abusive towards patients, who entrust them with their oral health. I went in to complete a root canal procedure. FLORA NIDERMAN was impatient and in a bad mood. She dug her fingernails in my cheek while drilling. I told her not to twice, and she still did it. FLORA NIDERMAN broke my front veneer while trying to pry my mouth open. She didn't apologize, and instead got her assistant to cement in back on afterwards. PAVEL NIDERMAN is just as nasty and rude. 100% of the patients at Harlem Dental Plaza are black or Hispanic. So I'm not surprised these Russian dentists are severely mistreating them. Overall long wait time, unprofessional & rude dentists, dirty facility, and rushed/sloppy procedures. I’m surprised this place is still open. This is your oral health! Please choose a dentist/facility that actually cares.

I went in for a cleaning and dr. Niderman told me I need 3 fillings. I told him I didn't have any pain, and he insisted no need 3 fillings. He would not show me which teeth on the X-ray. Then I was transferred to dr. Sintujah who also did not show me which teeth in the X-ray. The day after I left there 3 of my teeth were sore. Two months later my 3 teeth are still very sore, and they will not send me my records so I can take the records to another dentist. I have gotten the runaround for 6 weeks, my records are MINE. And!!! they charged Dentaquest for 5 teeth -insurance fraud. My teeth look like they were chiseled during the cleaning. I will take them to court!

scammer,get over. malpractice root canal on me. very rude and performed a terrible surgery . she was unaware of what she was getting herself into when she came into the room about to work on my teeth.

Atlantic Dental and Dr. Flora Niderman and her staff are unprofessional, incompetent, and apathetic. They did not introduce themselves or explain what they were doing. They spoke Russian to each other and did not speak to me. Dr. Flora Niderman did not show me my x-rays or explain procedures. Her manner was abrupt, condescending, and rude. The dental work done at the office was appalling. A drill was dropped on my lip, causing swelling, bleeding, and bruising. No apologies were offered, nothing applied to help stop infection to the wound. The assistant merely swore loudly in Russian and the dentist commented that "she couldn't feel anything anyways." A "cleaning" and three "fillings" were done in 1/2 an hour. Half an hour! The "cleaning" consisted of brushing four teeth in the bottom row with a polisher. One of the fillings came out later that day. The back of the two teeth adjoining it were badly chipped as well. The whole office is extremely unsanitary. … The staff bathroom had no soap. The wait is extremely long, over an hour. Flora Niderman does not care about her patients at all. For your health and safety avoid this practice at all cost!
