Dr. Flora Yao, MD

Dr. Yao was very personable and seemed to work with you. But I never got follow up. Nor were referrals sent as requested. Frankie the medical assistant had also been pleasant until... I had to physical go to the office to talk to someone, after leaving10 phone messages never being responded to. I was told I did not leave messages. I asked to have copies of my medical records. Frankie denied me and questioned as to why I wanted them. I inturn made a doctors appointment which she informed me I can discuss the matter with the doctor.

I have found Dr Yao to be very thorough and better very available to me as a patient. I am delighted to have found her.

Very relaxed office. My wife thinks it is so relaxed there that it is borderline unprofessional. I like it and you have to find the right fit for you. Don't have long waits like the factory doctors. (Like at Samaritan Health clinics.) The bad thing is they are not responsive to pharmacy requests to renew a prescription. They take their time and often require a second notice or a couple reminder calls. It took a week to get a refill once.

Very personable but seems to be unorganized. I think has too much on her plate.
