Dr. Florence Vergara Paragas, MD

I called the doctor's office to make an appointment only to have their staff not care about my privacy and ask questions I told them I would fill out in the doctors office or through the doctor. The staff member did not care about my rights to privacy and asked me condescendingly if I have ever been to a doctors office before. She even told me that I should tell my insurance to change my doctor because if I won't give her sensitive medical information through the phone, the doctor would not accept me. The staff member is named Lydia. I do not recommend this doctor because the staff there will not care for you or your medical information.

She's great you just have to wait for her because she really likes to take her time with her patients .

Scare you about results and does not follow up or explain in a timely manner. Staff is terrible! They rush you off the phone and act as if they take a message say they will get back with you (but they don't). Days later you call again they say once again they will give Dr. P the message.Still no phone call. A week has gone by you call again and that bossy, know-it-all that answers the phone acts as if I'm getting on her nerves and practically hangs up on me!

The doctor takes the time needed for a patient; however, this causes delays. I try to schedule early in the day or bring something to read.There is a lab upstairs - very convenient.Staff is very accommodating and prompt with paperwork.I could talk to Dr Paragas about ANYTHING. She doesn't minimize my symptoms. She takes time to listen.

Completely unprofessional, and an incredibly long wait time every time I go

I feel very comfortable with her. It is worth the wait in her office.
