Dr. Florin Victor Moisiuc, MD

I thought maybe I'd have a chance seeing as the reviews were old, but him dismissing a disabled RN should have been my first red flag. Doctor Florin Moisiuc not only dismissed my personal experience and health struggles but said quote "You are a 19 year old with no experience who self diagnosed themselves and want me to do what you want", disregarding the fact that in my chart that a doctor not only brought it up first and had stated they were very concerned that I had POTS and to definitely get it checked out. I guess to him "self diagnosing" means telling him the orthostatic vitals in my record meet the critera, plus over a year of documentation...okay.The doctor agreed to somehow treat a condition he does not think I have with high grade medication, and would not allow me to do a true active stand test in office despite being a diagnostic tool , and referred me out of network despite knowing I my struggles with transportation due to passing out, and the fact it is a legal liability.… He dismisses that i report i do not have anxiety when these situations occur, and brushes it off, suggesting mental health despite in my medical record it shows I have already been treating my mental health for over 4 years now. He did not seem to be at all concerned by my syncope episodes, or empathetic to the fact ive been being bounced around with holters and multiple sets of labs with no awnser as to what it is. What a waste of over $30 just to get to the appointment! Definitely heed the advice of the previous commentors and STAY AWAY! I know im changing my doctor immediately, if you can even call him that.

Absolutely denied my request for more testing to be done and dismissed any of my concerns relating to my heart. Does not seem to care what you would like at all and very insensitive. I would avoid if possible. Changed my doctor immediately after seeing him.

I wanted to change cardiologists but Dr Moisiuc was 10 times worse than my current cardiologist. He dismissed my symptoms and told me there is "no difference in heart disease between men and women" which is completely inaccurate according to every scientific study. When I tried to ask him questions, he gave me vague "answers". I'm a disabled RN so I do know a bit about medicine. I was in tears. He actually told me to "not listen to the propaganda on the Internet" What?? Maybe there was a language barrier, but I'd advise all women in particular to avoid this doctor.
