Dr. Florin Rusu, MD

I had him in the hospital for my heart failure. Only doctor that stayed more than 2minutes

Saw this doctor when I was in the hospital. The first doctor was a Dr. Roy who was the most nasty and ‘higher than all’ type. I wanted to leave because I was made to feel like a idiot with that Roy lady. But saw Dr. Rusu(Ruso?) the following day. He had no agenda, was nice, smart, spoke with confidence but was not trying to stroke his ego. Just a real nice man and you could understand him even with the accent. He took time to sit down and talk with me and my family, explained things, and asked if we needed anything. Felt safe and cared for by him. Stay away from Dr. Roy. She still thinks she is in a high school cheerleading competition but her looks definitly show that boat left a long time ago. Horrible, mean human.

My dad was brought into the ER from RoseHill. Dr. Rusu who is like your regular doctor but in the hospital saw him in the ER and a few days later was his doctor when he was on the heart floor 3g. Good guy. Explained everything to my wife and me. Did not seem like he was trying to rush out. Real intelligent guy and seemed like he really cared about my dad. The other doctors there like and some of the nurse we saw in the ER are no competent.

If only all Doctors where Like Dr. Rusu

I saw Dr. Rusu while a patient at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was the only physician that evaluated me and treated me like I was actually a person. He answered all of my questions and addressed the issues none of the other doctors would even discuss with me.

Dr. Rusu was the Hospitalist assigned to me during a recent unexpected stay in FMH. He handled my case with skill and compassion. He "had time" for me, and answered my questions with patience and accuracy. Amazingly, he went over previous medical records, and formulated an easy-to-follow chart that included all of my medications...it took time!
