Dr. Florin R Schiopu

I give Dr. Schiopu's front office staff one start. They cancel appointments without notifying you; do not call or send cards with appointment reminders and dont follow up as they promise you. If you call their main line it is never a live voice, If you leave a message good luck getting a return phone call. Completely inept. It's unfortunate because Dr. Schiopu on the other hand is a great dentist and very knowledgable but his office administrative staff are not very good.

They constantly change appointment date and time without of telling us and when we go there, they ignore my original time and tell us we misunderstand my appointment time. Their attitude is not very professional and do not respect patients at all. Waiting time is usually at least 30minits to hour.

Awful. Knows nothing.

I've been seeing Dr. Schiopu for years -- and he is the most knowledgeable, capable, personable and kind dentist I've ever had. So glad to have found him.
