Her office is so hard to get a hold of somebody. It will keep on ringing then asked you to leave a voicemail . But dont expect for them to call back because they wont call you. the secretary with tell you (if somebody answers) they are busy and they cant attend on your needs. If they are busy and cant handle demand. I do not know why they are accepting new patient. Second, the decision making is slow when it comes to your diagnosis, needed referal , medication etc, and she doesnt pay attention with your symptoms. She will not follow on you either. One day youll just find out from the ED doctor that you have this illness. It could have been prevented if she was paying attention to any details about your health. We decided to find a new pcp because of the slow response from this MD. Never regretted since.

Outstanding Doctor

Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and was told the only time I could be seen was 8:45 on Saturday morning. Arrived at the office, filled out some paperwork, and sat in the waiting room. Was taken back to a small crowded room by a staff member wearing jeans and a t-shirt. She proceeded to ask me detailed questions about my current medications in this busy room with no privacy at all. She gave me a sales pitch like, "oh, isn't it nice to have a doctor so close to home" and then apologized for "messing up" while taking my blood pressure. She asked me how tall I was, didn't meaure, and then took me to an exam room to wait for the doctor. Over an hour went by and a woman walked in and introduced herself as "the doctor's assistant" but wouldn't tell me her credentials (are you a nurse? Etc). She asked tons of pesonal medical questions and then did a physical exam, which was extremely uncomfortable because I still have no idea what this woman's education is. She went so far… as to write out a perscription on the doctor's pad and leave the signature line blank. I asked if I was going to see the doctor, explained how long I had been waiting, and asked if I needed to reschedule. They told me I was next to be seen. About 20 minutes later the salesgirl in jeans who "messed up" my blood pressure told me that she "forgot to take my weight" and brought me back to the small crowded room. I asked again if I should reschedule because of the time I had been waiting. Finally, at 10:00, over two hours from my 8:45 appointment, I walked out of the exam room back to the front desk and told them I would like a refund of my copay so that I could leave. They said, "What's the issue? Do you have somewhere to be? Two hours is a normal wait on a Saturday, even with an appointment." They didn't know how to work the credit card machine to give a refund, so they gave me cash. Before I left the salesgirl in jeans and the "doctor's assistant" both asked me where my file was.... This was probably my worst experience ever at a doctor's office. I work a lot and don't have much spare time, and woke up early to waste my whole Saturday morning in that disorganized office.

A wonderful doctor, she is one of Gods angel.
