Dr. Folasade Abiola Oladapo, MD

Concerns completely ignored. Was treated like an incoherent patient for pointing out that the computer systems did provide the information needed to assess treatment. Unbelievably rude bedside manner.

Dr Oladapo has always been kind and caring to me. She listens to my questions and takes the time to explain my options. I have never had problems getting my medicine from her. I know that she cares about me. She has done several procedures on my back which helped me a lot. She made sure that I was comfortable during the procedures and asked me if I was doing ok throughout every procedure. Her staff is wonderful. She does run late sometimes but always apologizes. She also comes in to tell me that she is running late. I met her when I was in the hospital, and I feel blessed that I was referred to her.

Dr. Oladapo is theeeeee absolute WORST doctor I have ever, EVER seen in my life. I got stuck with her when my pain doc of 15 years left the area. She is the most UNCARING, ABRASIVE, PREJUDICED, POOR EXCUSE FOR A PHYSICIAN I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! She WON’T refill meds on time or get back to you in a timely manner, she’s unbearably rude & condescending, she’s got MINIMAL appointment times available, won’t respond or reply to emails and is literally one of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. She has absolutely no business working with ANIMALS, LET ALONE HUMANS & if I never see her again, it wouldn’t be too soon!!! Thanks to her, I’ve stopped pain management altogether b/c it just wasn’t worth the hassle & I couldn’t switch to another BJC doc. She never once offered me a single alternative to pain meds (after 15 years’ worth of injections that actually helped) & was only concerned with stopping my pain meds. She’s a menace!!!! And evil to her very core.

The nurse I saw, before Dr. Oladapo, was very friendly and efficient. The nurse left and 55 minutes later Dr. Oladapo came in. I have never experienced such demeaning treatment from a doctor. She asked me several times why I was there. She told me that if I was there for pain medicine, I didn't need it. She recommended, that I come to Barnes on Wednesday evenings for group pain management therapy. Several times I asked her a question and she completely ignored me. When I stood up to leave, I swayed a bit and I think I scared her. I had been sitting for so, long and I was in so much neck and head pain. She moved toward me and said: You look like you are in pain. I just ignored her and moved toward the door. She had the nerve to call after me and say: Well if we can ever help you let us know.

She's unbelievable. That's not in a good way. She will get into personal family business that she has no reason to get into. She's horrible at filling medication. I would get better pain relief from a veterinarian before this old hack, who is VERY PREJUDICED. She doesn't like white people. It's obvious with her mannerisms, condescending attitude and her minimizing of white people who experience pain. We all wonder why there's racism. I grew up in South Chicago in a very mixed neighborhood. I'm more black then she ever will be. Missouri baptist hospital should look at her track record with patients. She really should be fired looking from the outside in. If you want her to get into the middle of family affairs and judge you before you even get a chance to see her by all means go to her she will treat you as horrible as you want to be treated without even asking her. This doctor she be fired and her license to practice REVOKED.

I've been way over do to receive my medication. Last visit I had with her by blood pressure was 181/101 and she could care less a patient being in pain. Since my prescription is so far over do I will have t o go hospital again with more bills because she doesn't care about people only herself. Do not use her for pain management. What a horrible doctor. She shouldn't be licensed.

I've been dealing with pain on and off for 12 years. I've seen many doctors over the years and by far she is the worst doctor I've ever seen. She is condescending, uncaring, aloof and is more interested in looking at her manicure then trying to help her patients.If you're not interested in a lot of expensive injections that don't work she is not interested in trying to help you . She has the worst attitude and bedside manner of any doctor I've ever met.

I went there with pain in my lower back. She put me on some pain meds and THEN put me through a series of very expensive back injections to see if the injections worked to reduce my pain. I couldn’t determine if the expensive injections were working to reduce my back pain because I was already put on pain medicine. It seems to me that a doctor would know better than to put a patient on a pain medicine before the injections. I also thought her bedside manner was horrible. Her staff was excellent.

Dr Oladapo is an excellent Pain Management Physician. I have been receiving injections from her since 2016. She is all about the correct treatment to help you out of pain not there to coddle you she's not your momma. If you want effective treatment she is the one and that is what it is about!

She kept me waiting an hour and 45 minutes in the examination room before she showed up. Asked me about my pain & then told me it wasn't possible to have pain in that area. I tried to tell her about pain in the lower back & she said said I didn't mark that on the new patient form. I asked her if she even looked at my MRI & she said MRI's always show something so it doesn't really mean anything. She also put something on my chart that caused the surgeon I had scheduled to call me and cancel my appointment because of her comments. Don't bother with her. She is rude and useless.
