Dr. Fong Mei Young Chang, MD

Dr. Chang is an excellent, thorough and personable physician and I would recommend her to anyone.

Came to see her due to sweating and sob. Ordered a simple stress test and ultrasound. With normal results but never followed up on a hemodynamic study that would've revealed very early signs of CHF. 3 years later, It took a competent PCP in Hernando Co from Albert Eistein School of Medicine to find I was much further along in my heart disease now with a CO 1.5. If properly treated, she could've better provide a treatment plan before I showed signs of CHF. When I requested a cath, she stated I was "too young". It should've been a no brainer that a 50 year old woman woth a aignifant family history of heart disease and a missed diagnosed with diabetes from DO Brian Kroll may be developing a hardened left ventricle. Three years later, I had to give up my career in medicine for her lack of competency. Wouldn't recommend as a cardiology provider when a PCP MD in Hernando Co can do better.
