I agree that most of his staff is rude and curt and unsympathetic. I have never heard such on the phone. The sweet and professorial Dr. Dolly (and all the good doctors there) need MUCH better staff than is presently there. All the staff needs to be replaced and go do something where they are happy. It makes me want to go somewhere else, but I love the doctor.

Dr. Dolly spent a good amount of time asking me questions to get to the bottom of my sleep apnea problem. He is a no-nonsense kind of doctor and asks a lot of direct questions. He will give you straight answers and I appreciate that when I am dealing with my health.

I have never waited more than a couple of minutes if that to get into the exam room once signing in. The receptionists up front aren't rude but if you ever have to call to make an appointment, ask a question or return their call, I have never spoken to anyone on the phone that is polite. They are very short, curt, and sometimes downright condescending and RUDE. I feel that if they are that unhappy in their job they need to find another line of work. Patients need PATIENT, PROFESSIONAL YET COURTEOUS STAFF and Dr. Dolly deserves better representation than those women are giving him.
