BOTCHED-AVOID AT ALL COST Dr. Roth is extremely condescending and lacks the compassion and knowledge that is neccesary to better service his patients. Being young and naive I decided to let DR.Roth perform a mastopexy. This decision has been the worst thing I've ever done in my life. I've aways had naturally large breasts(36DD) but they were a bit saggy for my liking. I wanted him to give me a lift and still leave me with a bit of upper pole fullness. OMG....When I woke up my breasts were like Frankenstein(or worst) and they were pretty much flat to my chest(32B) I was devastated and didn't realize that I had went into the deepest depression over the next few years as a result. I tried implants 2 different times with other surgeons in an attempt to repair Roth's nightmare.......Anyway, each time my implants seemed to be getting worst and the incision around my areola were becoming infected and all of a sudden I had recurring breast infections such as mastitis (you don't want… this). Neither surgeon had touched my areola so I couldn't understand what was going on. Basically Dr.Roth BUTCHERED my milk ducts and nerves in my breast. I scheduled an appointment with Dr.Roth assuming he would be able to assist seeing as though he did my mastopexy and obviously caused some sort of damage. First of all the receptionist scheduled me when Dr.Roth was on vacation. I drove about an hour away and 10 min from arriving I receive a call from his office telling me that I'll be meeting with his PR,whatever.... We took notes and pics and they told me he would take a look at them via email and have something for me on my follow up(weird but ummmmm ok) Finally my appointment date arrives. I went in to discuss what had been going on with Dr.Roth(assuming he had been caught up via email) and it had it be the most uncomfortable, depressing experience EVER. He pretty much dismissed me immediately. His staff had no idea what I was talking about even though we made notes and took photos(sent via apple airdrop). He told me that my issue appeared to be "superficial" and he's referring me to the dermatologist. Let me remind you I've been to just about every single doctor there is because I thought something major could be going wrong. Including, My family PC, OB/GYN, Breast Specialist, etc I've even had ultrasounds and other imagining done. I simply wanted Dr.Roth to take a look at some of the findings from other physicians and help me come to a conclusion. Every physician suggested that I go to Dr.Roth specifically despite my dissatisfaction with his work. Initially I just wanted nothing else to do with him and wanted to **fix it outside of his office.*** I dreaded the idea of having to have him operate on me again. Dr.Roth was extremely rude. He never allowed me to get one word in nor even try to explain to him a little bit about what was going on. He never look at any imaging, lab work I had done or anything. He just wanted to quickly pass me to the next person. Its very disappointing when you're suffering and someone that you've trusted with your health dismisses you. I guess Im grateful that things ended the way they did with Dr.Roth because I didn't want him touching me but it would have be nice to come to a conclusion. I understand that there's common damage in this procedure but not to the extent of damage that Dr.Roth has caused. I currently looking to take legal action. Inn the meantime...Please BEWARE

Run away! Breast surgery nightmare! After 5 years of meeting with over 6 breast surgeons who specialize in â??breast surgery revisionsâ??, I chose Roth. He came across as honest and trustworthy and the reason I chose him. However, my surgery was a disaster; Roth was not qualified to perform my breast surgery (breast revision), and is not as honest and trustworthy as he initially appeared to be. I chose to have breast surgery because my left breast was hardening and the cleavage area was rippling. The overall appearance of my breasts was still natural and round [and a bit lob sided (right breast)]. Prep for surgery: 1. My surgery was delayed for hours 2. The support staff nurse at the hospital was not qualified to fill out the basic paperwork 3. The computer system was down and all paperwork had to be filled out manually 4. The Anesthesiologist was not very happy that the computer system was down; this made me nervous too 5. Overall I did not get a good feeling (in… hind sight, I should have walked away). Immediately after the surgery: 6. After Day 2 of my surgery, I saw my breasts, I was shocked, disappointed and in tears; top part of my breasts were unusually firm and the implants were sitting very high, and the lower part of my breasts were unusually soft, droopy and hollow. I told Roth that my breasts look horrible and I was very concerned: he told me that this was temporary and my breasts would improve over time and I would love them; 3 months to be exact. After 3 months: 8. My breasts are still unusually firm on the top; very unnatural. 9. The implants are still sitting high on the top part of my breasts. 10. My breasts are soft and saggy and hollow (more on the right breast than the left) on the bottom. 11. My breasts are uneven; one is sitting higher than the other, one is rectangular and the other is square, the right breast is saggier, lob sided, and hollow. 12. My breasts look square and rectangular, and do not have the natural round look. 13. When I bend forward, my breasts hang unusually and look triangular 14. I have more scars from this surgery in addition to the areas where Roth made the incision. Perhaps he dropped something? 15. I also have additional scars from the bra provided after the surgery; it dug into my skin causing it to bleed and scab over (leaving a scar). 16. My right breast is firmer on the top than my left breast; implant is sitting higher on the breast than the left, and is soft and saggy on the bottom of the breast. 17. The right breast looks rectangular and is lob sided on the lower left of the breast. 18. The side of the right breast looks like a shoe horn (it goes in at the middle of the breast). 19. The lower left side of the left breast is lob-sided . 20. The left breast did improve in appearance after 12 weeks of surgery, but it is still lob sided on the left side of the breast, looks square and uneven, and does not have the round natural look. 21. I still cannot wear my normal tops, especially tight fitting tops as one can see the unevenness, rectangular and the lob side shape of my breasts. 22. I am too embarrassed to look at my breasts in the mirror. 23. I have not showed my breasts to my husband as of yet. Roth was certain that my breasts would change (in 12 weeks) and I would love them. He recommended massaging them downward and then in all 4 directions; to move the implant downward and fill the saggy sacks below and to make them even and proportionate. Later he told me to wear breast bandages (which he said that he would provide and never did). In any event, this did not help cure the problem. I was better off before the surgery. In a recent email from Roth, he told me that he was acquiring a brand new breast ultrasound machine that would help and cure the issues mentioned above. I am not convinced. I do not believe that he is knowledgeable in this type of breast surgery procedures. I also asked Roth for a refund and he refused. Unfortunately, I will need another surgery; I am deeply disappointed. If anyone knows of a qualified breast surgeon (that specialized in breast revision surgery), please send me a message. Thanks.

I'm extremely happy with my proceedure done by Dr Roth. I recently went to him for a breast augmentation and could not be happier! His has amazing bed side manor and really has a good eye for this field. He is very intelligent and available to you at all times. Words cannot explain the way he has changed my life and improved my over all look ! I would give him 5 stars any day. I cannot tell him thank you enough! He was very quick to my situation and was able to book my surgery fast and the communication was great! I would highly recommend him and could not of made a better choice. He answered all my questions, did what he said he would and over all very kind and easy to work with! Thanks Dr Roth!

Dr. Roth is the best in the business, he has awesome bed side manners, he is truly concerned about his patients on my first night after surgery he not only came to see me but he called me to check on me anytime I called his office he was eager to assist me with my questions and concerns and he ALWAYS!! return phone calls if he is in surgery his nurse calls and let you know what he suggested for you and then he follows up the BEST surgeon if I need a plastics surgery again it would be Dr. Forrest Roth.

I had my first breast augmentation about 4 years ago before I had my daughter. It was never really a good BA and after pregnancy it needed to be redone. I had been to probably 5 other doctors for consultations because I wanted to be very sure this time around. Dr. Roth spent so much time with me in my consultation never felt rushed even with my million google prompted questions. He saved me from a lift which is what many surgeons told me was the best way to go. If you are looking for a Doctor who goes the extra mile for his patients Dr. Roth is for you. Not to mention my breasts look AMAZING, I really didn't think it was possible after a bad BA and a baby.

Dr. Roth is fantastic! He is very professional, informative and he is very kind, friendly and caring. He listened to my concerns and did not rush through the consultation. This was very important as any alteration to the face is very personal. He explained in detail the procedures that interested me along with suggestions on how to maximize the desired effect for my face.

Awesome Doctor. I am so pleased with the results of my facelift. You did a terrific job. You should be very proud of your work. I was very shocked when I saw the before and after pictures. Roths place is really lovely. I really like the atmosphere and friendly staff. Always have great visits and will continue to come.
