Very nice doctor, very nice staff

worst office to deal with, the office manager Nicole is rude and has an attitude. The office staff does not communicate, I will be looking for another PCP soon. Never coming back.

The worse office ever. The office visit takes 4 hours plus. Very very unfair to working and loyal patient. Abuse of power!

The wait time is too long( over 2 hours) , However, I must say Dr Difranco has excellent bedside manner and so attentive to your needs, very thorough. His staff was very nice and helpful. Making an appointment was fast and easy, staff was accommodating to my hectic schedule.

wait time is much too long even with advance appointment. Normally I wait about 2 hrs before entering exam room and then another a 45-60 min wait until seen by either doctor or nurse practioner.

I've been going to this office for about 15 years and it is remarkable that despite changes in office personnel there is no change in behavior. They ignore arriving patients, are curt in their response and not helpful. Strange, since Dr. Di Franco is a very caring doctor.

No Bedside Manners.. The reception team is very cold and disorganized.. no customer service skills and they are very shrewd in their replies..

Dr. DiFranco is an excellent doctor who leaves no stone unturned to assure that you get the proper and best medical care. The doctors he refers you to are also excellent and his caring and interaction with patients is exemplary. Getting an appointment is difficult; his office phone goes unanswered usually (I have had to go to his office just to make an appointment) his office staff are mostly young, inexperienced and very unprofessional. He needs a better trained office staff.
