Forum Sanghavi, DO

Forum Sanghavi, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician.She earned a Master of Health Services Administration and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her family and community medicine residency at Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center, where she earned osteopathic recognition and served as academic chief resident. She is also a Community Health Leadership Development Fellow with MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and MedStar Health.In addition to caring for patients, Sanghavi serves as core faculty at Shenandoah Valley Family Practice Residency. Her research and professional interests include lifestyle medicine, physician wellness, community health and innovative food-as-medicine programs designed to improve outcomes for patients with chronic disease.
