Dr. Foster Ian Phillips, MD

Where is Dr. Phillips? He was the doctor for both my kids for 15yrs.. he has not transferred my kids records to the new PCP. Both the new PCP office and myself have tried to fax the request to transfer records multiple times. I really need this to be handled. My kids names: Atul Shreyas konda and Akul Shreyas konda. Good doctor surrounded by most disrespectful, unprofessional, rude receptionists.

Dr. Phillips was the pediatrician for 3 of my sons for the past 22 years. My youngest son now is turning 19 and can no longer have a pediatrician. Dr. Phillips is the best doctor ever. He answers his phone every day for an hour in the morning. I avoided so many visits as he would give me FREE advice over the phone and most of the time we avoided children being seen as he was so good at determining if symptoms were urgent. I can't recommend him enough. I will miss my boys seeing him dearly.

I am a mother of 4, therefore when my children's pediatrician closed her practice I was worried to say the least. She recommended Dr. Phillips and I couldn't be happier!!! It is a single doctor practice and he has a small staff, this all ties into the family feel of the office. My children and I have had nothing but great experiences (minus the shots). lol Dr. Phillips is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain each issue I have. The two ladies that work in the office are always helpful and go the extra mile for my children. I couldn't be more pleased by the lack of wait time and the level of professionalism. If your looking for a family oreintated experience this is the place for your children. It is not a run of the mill type of office!!!

Him and his staff are rudest people not professional some staff members love hang up phone on your face while your trying to explain yorself all the suddenly you herar is dial tone call again they hang up so there is no way you can get a hold of some one

This doctor can be very arrogant and if you donâ??t agree with everything he thinks, he disregards your opinions and talks right over you. After a good relationship with him for a few years, a situation came up regarding one of my children, and because we didnâ??t see eye-to-eye, he got very upset and started lecturing me for a good while. I was unable to get a word in edgewise and the appointment got very uncomfortable. In a situation in which we could have simply â??agreed to disagree,â?? he acted very unprofessionally and rudely to me in front of my children. My advice is to avoid this doctor as he doesnâ??t seem to want to work as a team with parents. He only seems to want his opinion to be heard and followed without question.

Dr. Phillips is a wonderful doctor. My two children love him. When you are in his office it is like you are his only patient. Knows his stuff!!

As of this date, Dr Philips has been my son's doctor for 11 years. He came recommended by the Dr. who delivered my son, That doctor went outside of his own group to recommend Dr. Philips.You can tell that Dr. Philips loves his job and children. He is a wonderful doctor. Always been right and not too fast to jump to a conclusion. When I have called him in the past, he is extremely fast at returning my call. My son has been taken care by Dr. Philips for a variety of issues. Dr. Philips has always been there and treated my son in a friendly and professional manner. If you take your child to him, they will be in great hands.
