Dr. Fanfan's foreign office staff are incompetent and slow, to say the very least. After about 1 hour of waiting, I asked how much longer and they said maybe 10-15 minutes, that they still hadn't verified my insurance information yet. I left the office with my wife feeling disappointed and angry in having wasted the gas to go to her office. I will not return to this doctor and would advise you to seek someone that is more considerate of their clients's time.

Dr. Fanfan is a very caring, compasionate woman, who takes the time to give you good eye contact and listen, while we have all had the experience of a doctor who writes while you talk, and just keeps saying yes and never heard a word you said. I recommend Dr. Fanfan for her knowledge, profesionalism, her compasion for others and her desire to truly help people. My wait time for her was no longer than 15-20 minutes, which was impressive to me, after some experiences i have had in the past.
