Dr. Francene Aretha Gayle, MD

Horrid Place on University Dr. Simply tried to get a letter for employment stating what medications I was on. She give me the run around, lied to me, then said it will be a 2 week wait because of the DEA regulations. I recorded the conversation where she said I could have done it in a day or so but no I will make sure it is 2 weeks or more.

Dr Gayle was very friendly, courteous, seemed knowledgeable, and very smart. She had a good bedside manner and seemed concerned about my condition. I really liked her!

this lady is a dr. with the utmost concern for her patients.i believe her medical knowledge confirms her dedication to the patients she treats.if she didnt have knowledge to provide the best care then we would maybe have a problem but she stays ahead in that area and more doctors should do that.i love her personality too.so if you want a smart and caring doctor,here you go.

Doctor Gail is a wonderful person she's more than just a doctor a friend as well the last 4 TO 6 months Doctor Gail has not been there thats when problems started with nurse practioner started some how she was doing somthing to drug test I know I always took meds and only what Doctor Gail prescribed to me never had problems with drug test until nurse started running the show please Doctor Gail listen to your patience cause somthing is going on with her I think you are a good doctor I put my life in your hands with surgery on my neck and my neck hasn't been better since the surgery soi don't know what to do now every time I have ask to see you the nurse says that you are not available I miss not seeing you and I am not the only ones I have even went to other places by the advice of my husband and had drug test done a day before I had doctor appointment with you and a day after and the tests was the way it was supposed to be my husband told me to bring you the results but you were not… there just the nurse if you want these test your office has my phoneNumber hope to hear from you soon this is not a complaint to doctor Gail except for the fact that I came to see you not the nurse

put her many patients in dire circumstances when she unexpectedly stopped taking our medicaid.

Dr. Gayle is an amazing physician. I highly recommend her services.

I went to dr gayle hoping to find myself a regular doctor. The office accepted me as a walkin patient to only tell me once I came that she wld not see me as a regular patient due to her being overloaded with pain patients already. She then told me she would refer me to a pain clinic which was fine by me however its been over a month now and they still haven't sent my records over to the pain clinic. I called them every week and got the same response every week. "We will get right on it and have it sent out in the next couple days". Well they never did so I finally just called the pain clinic myself and got an appointment on my own. I'm not saying she not a good doctor I'm just saying that if your not a regular patient of hers already it seems like they could care less about what conditions you have or the timeliness of getting you into another doctor for treatment.

Waited for over four hours both times I saw her. She never actually examined me - just sent me for blood work and then made me come back for a follow up, where I waited AGAIN for four hours before she told me the results were perfectly normal. The office staff NEVER answers the phone, no matter what time of day you call, and you're lucky if they return your messages. She's nice when you actually get to spend five minutes with her, but as a doctor, I wouldn't trust her to take care of my pet hamster (I don't have a pet hamster, but it's the principle of the matter..)
