Dr. Frances Leone Dilley, MD

If I am being completely honest this was one of the worst doctors I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot around the United States for health issues. She does not give the time to the patients that we deserve. Meaning, any legit concern a patient has she will dismiss just to get to the next patient and get on with her day. I was seeing her for years and 1. It was nearly impossible to make an appointment that was not 6 months away, 2. When she did see you she will make you wait over two hours past your appointment time and then rush through the visit making you feel unheard and anxious about your health. The worst problem overall is I raised concerns about my health and certain problems multiple times and she dismissed them and then I ended up with those medical problems. I would not recommend her to Anyone.

I find Dr Dilley to be very professional, yet she takes the time to listen to your concerns. She is highly regarded in Brevard County. Everyone I speak to about her says the same thing. “She is an excellent doctor”.

Went to Dr. Dilley's office for my scheduled appointment. I got in the office about 15 minutes early which I normally do just in case I need to complete any additional paperwork-my appointment was scheduled for 3:15. At 3:50 I had not heard from anyone so I questioned the front desk asking if this was normal as I'm a new patient and was told that they were busy. 5 minutes after my front desk visit, I was called back. My vitals were taken and I was told Dr. Dilley will be right in-ha. I waited another 20 or 25 minutes and decided this doctor apparently is not interested in my well-being or appreciative of my time and I walked out totally disappointed-truly sad. Time to find another one.

Dr Dilley is amazing. She found my the root cause of a health problem I had been experiencing for years in 2 short visits that had been overlooked by 3 other doctors. The office staff is also very friendly and attentive. Great with working you in if you need an immediate appointment. My only dislike is the way they bill their patients. I have very good insurance and every appointment I went to it was coded as a "problem visit". My last visit there was to go over bloodwork. In the office less than 5 minutes and received a bill for $84 in excess of what was billed to Cigna and she is an in network provider. After 4 overpriced appointments totalling over $400 I changed physicians. It's unfortunate because I have not received a single bill from any of my new physicians but they are not nearly as good.

Took plenty of time to hear concerns and gave detailed info on treatments.

She is my primary doctor and also my OBGYN. I think she is a great doctor and listens to my concerns. I am able to get my appointments scheduled in a timely manner and the staff is very pleasant to work with.

As a hard headed man, I dislike most doctors. Half the time I feel that they just rush you in and out and try to reschedule for some folllow up insurance cash. Dr Dilly will tell you the diagnosis and give you options with her opinions but then the ball is in your court. She takes the time to know her patients and you feel more than a medical file. Very sad that she relocated.

My experience at dr dilleys was great I just recently changed to this doctor. But the staffing sucks, their rude and inconsiderate. They do not even listen to the messages that are left and return calls and are clueless to what a patient needs.
