Dr. Frances Dabney Faro

Dr. Faro performed surgery on my foot. Her and her office provided excellent surgery, bedside manner, pain relief and recovery. I’ve had two other surgeries on the same foot. The third surgery that Dr. Faro did, was way more intense and the pain relief, after care and results were so much better than the other two.

I under went another major surgery to put screws into my ankle, which I trusted the Dr but now question why...My other Dr took the screws out for a reason and he knew my bone would not heal so why did I do it?? I am in so much more pain and can barely walk since the surgery. This was by far the worst surgery ever, and I have had 4 already and now need 2 more since she did not correct or alleviate the problem, I can seriously still feel the screws in my heal. I only seen her twice, once in office and once before surgery that the anesthesiologist never put my catheter in far enough and I woke up screaming. Plus if ya need meds you have to drive to Swedish to get your prescription what a joke! I spent another 7k and am by far worse off then when I walked through her office door. Be careful going to her

She lets her office staff dictate who she will see as she has no understanding of insurance and doesn't even know who she's contracted with. A doctor doesn't need to have a contract with every insurance to get paid. Getting paid was the only concern, she and her staff tried to turn it around and make it concern for my money. No I know my benefits and her staff and her wasted time when infectious disease expressed it was urgent.

If you ever need to have foot or ankle surgery done I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Faro. She very professional but warm and understanding.

Had no cartilage in my right ankle due to arthritis. Lived with high levels of pain for years. Dr. Faro used an Inbone Prophecy to replace my ankle. I am 13 weeks out and walking close to normal with no pain. Great surgeon. Recommend 100%.

She nice and listens to your concerns. Really am grateful for the time she spent with me.

She is a compassionate and caring Doctor, never felt like I was taking too much time with my ?'s. She has a very good personality, very smart and attractive.

Was very pleased with Dr. Faro, although I have not yet had my surgery! She really took the time to diagnose my problem, and explain it to me, in terms I could understand! She came highly recommended to me by a family member, and also another orthopedic Dr. I would highly recommend her!
