Dr. Frances Thompson Florentino, MD

I had 2 appointments with Dr. Florentino, both were for scalp irritation and psoriasis. The first visit was a quick 10 minutes and a prescription without any instructions; so I followed the instructions on the medication. On the 2nd visit i was told that I did the wrong thing. New medication was order....I was given no instructions nor the name of the meds. A week later, the pharmacy (EAMC) said no order was placed by Dr. Florentino. I called and they said oops we will try something else. Again no instructions, no name, no follow up. Needless to say, I have changed doctors

Wonderful staff. Morgan PA is outstanding. Dr. Florentino is excellent, compassionate and genuine in her care spending time to listen and answers to your questions.

We've used Dr. Florentino twice now, and we're very impressed with her practice. She was caring, explained the procedures, and thorough in her treatment. All the staff members were polite and kept us updated when there was a delay. The office is clean and professional. Would definitely recommend this practice to others.

I made an appointment to see the doctor about a skin issue. The receptionist took all my info when i signed in for the first time. I was a new patient and even though I came in intending to pay full price for my visit because tricare did not cover it, the receptionist still asked to copy my insurance card for â??recordsâ??. I saw the doctor and paid for my visit before I left. A couple weeks later I get a letter from tricare stating that the office had charged them and did cover a portion of my visit! So I called and asked for a refund of the money I paid out of pocket. I was forwarded to the office manager to leave a message and never called back. Bad customer service!! and I was overcharged!!

I am extremely pleased with the care that Dr. Florentino and her staff gave me. She did a wonderful job improving my complexion. I highly recommend her.
