It was alarming to hear she still straps kids down for treatment, because my son, now 37, was traumatized by that at age 4. I pleaded to accompany him, but was given a line about how she had to leave her child in the surgeon's hands, unable to go in the operating room. I just wanted it over with, so I let him go. I didn't know what they did to him until years later. Horrible!

I am 16 and I went to her when I was ten. I’ve seen her strap. STRAP kids down for procedures I’m still scared of dentists Because of the way I was treated . she doesn’t care for your kids well being she cares for your money I have gotten crowns done on baby teeth that should’ve been pulled don’t go here your kids will hate dentists because she is so mean

Dr. Santoro's office is not what a pediatric dentist should be. The attitude of the hygiene staff and most of the reception is poor. Communication with the doctor is poor. I recently tried to get my xrays of my daughter's mouth for a second look by another dentist and was denied the xrays. They are paid in full and I was still denied. The office staff are rude and they run their office like a military camp. If you want children to have good dental experiences then you have to give them such an experience. My daughter had fillings done there and was given the "cocktail" that they give. During the office visit she was told to be quiet and to shut up...because she was crying when they gave her the numbing shot. She remembered all of this experience. So unhappy with this office that I will tell other moms.
