Dr. Maria Francesca Nievera Chamian, MD

Just left the Chamian Medical Group with Kelsey Russell (NP). The examination went well, a front office employee gave me a blood work panel with multiple blood panel ICD codes on there which didn't align with what I was told at during the examination. I asked if Kelsey was available to explain why there are so many codes, the front office employee left and came back with the sheet with most of the panels crossed off. There were still redundant codes on the sheet, which was not explained in the examination, I asked is Kelsey was available. The front office employee explained to me that Kelsey said "If you don't like it, find another doctor". She made this comment after it she explained to me I needed blood work because she was upping my meds. Very Professional.

I have always liked Dr. Chamian, she really did care and she took care of me. For years I have been a patient of hers and never once I complained of the long wait times. I made the fatal mistake yesterday by only expressing my concerns about it. My appointment time was 2:45 and she finally saw me 4:12, 4:15. I miss a half of day of work because I left work at 2:15 be there by 2:30. But like I said, I always endured the torture wait time because I felt she is worth it. Unfortunately, I called her out on it and she did not LIKE IT. Let me tell you that was the FASTEST evaluation (7 mins) I ever had with her and she had no clue what was going on with me because she was upset. In the end, she told me good luck. So yeah, I have no primary doctor. She didn't care enough about me to even talk about it. I'm very sad and it is what it is. GOD bless her and her staff.

My appt was suppose to be at 10:45 am I arrived at 10:29am with all my papers filled out before arriving, I sat in th waiting room until 11:23am, I told the young lady checking my blood pressure and weight that I had another appt at 12 that I needed to be at, I told her that having a 10:45 am appt I thought I would be done by 11:30, she sat me in another room and was told I was next, I repeated once again about my 12 o’clock appt, I sat until 11:55am no dr, no one coming to update me on the dr’s progress, so I left the room told all 4 of the people gathered at the front desk I was out of there and the appt was unacceptable, no one tried to talk to me again, so I never saw the dr.,, talked to a dr., this was my first visit to this office as we just moved to Las Vegas and I was trying to establish a primary dr., this was not a good first impression so needless to say this will be my last visit to this office.

I feel she listens to what I say and answers me truthfully. She takes everything seriously which is what I want my doctor to do.

Best doctor i have had in 27 years, others should take lessons from her.

So please we have Dr Francesca for our primary doctor. She spends time with us and really listens and follows up. We feel that we have had excellent care with her.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for a visit that last about 10 minutes. Over book and expect you to spend half a day waiting for them. Not going back!
