Dr. Francesco Dalessandro, MD

I was charged for a procedure that was not done. Unable to discuss with doctor the business manager tried to humiliate me and won’t discuss bill. Sent a letter from my attorney and no response. I find this fraudulent, trying to get more from me than insurance pays.

Several years ago but I have happy memories. From going to a doctor!

I would definitely use Dr. D'Alessandro again.

Dr. D'Alessandro is a very competent, friendly and caring doctor. He was a scientist at the NIH and very easily and promptly identified 2 skin cancers, one on my face and the other in my right arm. He removed the one on the face with a procedure called Mohs surgery. The scar on my face is almost completely gone. I am very happy with this doctor.

I was very nervous because I had discovered a dark spot on my shoulder that I had never seen before. Dr. D'Alessandro was very professional and very reassuring. He asked me a fair number of questions and then he looked at the spot with a special hand-held device and then, very calmly, told me that it was a seborrheic keratosis, something like a crust or a barnacle on the skin. He was very caring and seemed very competent
