Dr. Francine Marie Bruder, MD

I have been to Pullman for me a caring doctor she is not if she would care for her patients she would actually take the time to see your history and be educated with her patients, she doesn’t have Curtis or even polite. She supposed to be professional in her work and really be a doctor to her patients not making fun of them with there staff and having the nurses treat you like you don’t exist. A doctor supposed to hear her patient and pay attention to there needs and give proper medication not sending me to a hospital urgent because she gave me the wrong medicine that I have told her it makes me sick and gave it to me anyway. And still says she can give me what ever she wants and she can take the medication any time she wants and I told her it makes me feel worse she didn’t care she shouldn’t be a doctor or become one. What happen to good doctors

I find her to be very caring and compassionate. Not crazy about the office staff but the medical stuff is ok

The last time I was at the Pullman Intercare Office was about a month ago. I had an appointment at 3:15pm. They called me early in the morning informing me that two people had canceled and wanted to know if I was available to come in earlier. I was at work so I declined. I arrived early at the office at 2:45pm, so I could fill out paperwork. I got taken back where my vital signs and weight were taken. The lady took me into the first room where I sat appx. 20 minutes. Then she came in the room about 3:35pm and asked me to come with her to another room to which I replied "I have already been here 20 minutes, is somebody going to see me???" She took me to another room across the hall where I sat another 50 minutes!!!! I fell asleep in the waiting room and took about a 20 minute nap. I woke and walked to the bathroom about 3:50pm. On my way back to my room, I seen my doctor (Dr. Francine Bruder) sitting down in a chair talking to somebody. Dr. Bruder made eye contact with me prior to me… going into my room and then continued her conversation. Nonetheless, she still didn't come back to my room for about 15 more minutes. I left my room door open the entire time hoping that they would see that there was somebody still in the room that had not been seen. It was very apparent that when Dr. Bruder came into my room that she had no urgency about seeing me. Considering I was in the office that day for chest pain, I was shocked to see that my doctor made me wait for nearly 1.5 hours before she even walked into my room. Then she informed me that my notes that I recorded about my chest pain were not good enough and that when I needed to get more information. This was my 3rd time in the office for chest pain. I was very shocked that she wanted to give me testing for my "reassurance." Any type of research I have ever pursued or any medically trained providers have never talked with me the way she did that day, especially in reference to chest pain. I came for reoccurring pain that was getting worse and pretty scary and she wanted me to do testing for my mental and emotional reassurance?! I will never go back to Dr. Bruder again. Ever. My health and well-being were entrusted to this woman and it seemed as though she was callused to working with people by the lack of compassion, concern, and urgency that she showed to me that day. I would not recommend Dr. Bruder to anybody I care about.
