Dr. Francine Anne Manuel, MD

I was patient of Dr Manuel for over 10 years with private insurance and was recently told she will not see me because of additional Medicaid coverage. I explain to them that I was unaware of this and told by Medicaid the coverage will cancel in a week. The person on the other end of the phone was rude and unprofessional and canceled all future appointments. This was a big disappointment and upset because I've referred patients to her and I take medication daily.

Dr Manuel has been my primary care physician since the 90’s. She has always treated me with kindness, grace and expertise. She has saved my life at least twice. Most recently she found a rare type of intestinal cancer that was treated by an oncologist to whom she referred me. Her referrals have always been to completely satisfactory physicians.

Wonderful doctor! Patient, kind, caring & very through! She has been my Family Doctor for over twenty five yrs!

She is a very nice caring person, if you need a friend, she is highly recommended. If an accurate diagnoses and sound medical care is your ultimate priority, please go elsewhere.
