I totally agree that the staff is very rude and uncaring. Dr. Croke is a professional and comes across in a business like manner.

Main secretary is so rude. I'm afraid to cancel appointments. She makes you feel horrible, and afraid to call for anything, but also makes you feel angry. She needs to change her attitude.

My consumer has been going to Dr.Croake over 20 years.Dr Croke is very caring about his patients he takes the xtra time to explain things and makes sure patient and family understand everything.however the staff is very rude ive had to call to get information from the dr about meds and lab it took them 2 days to give me an answer and 6 phone calls later to the office just getting I'll call you back.its a person with a very strong accent.other times I've called at 10 am with the same thing.the staff DOESN'T care.ive been disconnected from a call with staff they never call back.the staff DOESN'T care about the patients at ALL!!! When you ask to speak with dr.and staff says I'll rely the message.but i never get a call back.they never give Dr the message.i have never met such a rude staff in the 25 years I've been a pca.Dr needs new staff that care about the patients as much as he does

Overall such a great DR. I feel very comfortable and honored to have DR. Francis Croke as my PCP. His very professional manner and tone are what you would expect from him and I can not imagine seeing anuone else. It is a true honor and I am grateful to have DR. Croke, He is like a part of the family.

I have had Dr Croke for my PCP for over 20 years. He is very attentive, explains everything in question and has excellent treatment plans. When I need to be seen, he is there for me. It is not the office nor the staff I see, it is Dr Croke.

The medical staff is always prompt and polite, itâ??s a quick in and out if you donâ??t have any issues and are just doing your yearly checkup.

Dr. Croke was my father's doc, and is also my doctor, I mostly see Elaine however I have never had any issues with either br.croke or Elaine, I do feel there staff can be rude, I have never experienced it myself m, but they do work in a very busy demanding office . The office is dated but I do not think that makes a difference in the care patience receive, Everything I have ben diagnosed with is accurate and they are always on top of Any labs I receive, and cooperate well with my specialists.....

His staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Rocquel (spelling?) was condescending and demeaning on the telephone and in-person. She swings her head around when she is talking and passive-aggressively laughs and rolls her eyes when you are speaking to her. She does not want to listen and wants only to be correct at all times even though there is more information that would have been helpful for the situation, she was not interested in hearing or seeing the documents. She told my brother that she "is a tax payer" and that she "wasn't going to pay for his transportation" when he simply asked why the doctor was not going to fill out a PT1 form for him (transportation assistance). My brother is disabled and she refused to even see the letter we received from the state. She called me "IGNORANT" when I called her out on her unprofessionalism. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE IF YOU CAN GO ELSEWHERE.

While Dr. Croke is a nice person, he goes by old lab reports sometimes, problems locating the recent ones, misplaced X rays, Much of this has to do with his staff. The staff is highly combative if presented with a problem to be solved. A simple thing like a medication refill causes resentment, or requesting a form to be filled out . His staff were upset with me asking for a form to be filled out and a medication renewal, and that turned into a argument on the phone. Then, after I called back, staff informed I was dropped as a patient. I am sure staff must of done much negative and false reporting to the Dr. for him to do that. However, I do think in person he cares for others and has concerns but the short cuts and rude staff will surly ruin his practice.
