Dr. Francis Fahey, MD

If you are looking for a Dr who cares about his patients, Dr Fahey is not for you. We have been a patient of his for over 25 years. We had a scheduled appointment and we received 3 reminders , phone, email and text. When we got there, they stated we were not scheduled to see the dr. They told us to come back tomorrow to get cleared for surgery in 3 days. We drive 1 and a half hours to see him. My husband is a 100 percent disabled veteran. This is the way Dr Fahey treats our vets. My suggestion, find a Dr who cares about his patients. I only gave him a 1 star rating because they would not let me post zero stars.

I have been seeing DR. Fahey since 2006. He is brilliant and caring. His staff is friendly ...great Dr. great atmosphere

I have seen Dr. Fahey for at least 4 years. He is an excellent physician. Caring compassionate and very thorough.

Dr. Fahey has been my cardiologist for the past couple years during which he closely monitored my deteriorating aortic valve, telling me that eventually I would need surgery. Over the past several months he became more concerned & ordered several diagnostic tests to determine the level of deterioration of my valve. I didn't know I was getting worse because I did not have many symptoms. After his review of the results he advised me that it was time to consider being referred for proactive surgery. I believe that if it wasn't for Dr. Fahey, I may have had a stroke or heart attack after which open heart surgery would have been so much more complicated & risky. I am now recovering from a very successful open heart surgery & grateful to Dr. Fahey's expert care. The Dr.'s staff is top notch and professional & they always return my calls.

I referred myself to Dr. Fahey because I had been having shortness of breath, fatigue, and rapid heart rate for several months to the point where I was mostly bedbound. I had seen two other doctors about the symptoms (one my primary care physician) but both pretty much ignored my complaints. Dr. Fahey actually took time to listen and review labs and tests I had brought in. After EKG and cardiac echo, it was determined my symptoms were not cardiac-related. Dr. Fahey felt the symptoms were metabolic in nature, and he was right. I went back on a low-dose of prednisone and immediately began to get my energy back and no shortness of breath. Wish the other two doctors had listened to me as I asked if symptoms could be due to adrenal glands but was reassured they were not. Could've saved me almost 6 months of misery! When I do have cardiac problems, I know who I'm going to see!

i had a good experience with dr,fahey. i am a large person in constant pain and stage 4 lymphadema plus i am very stiff and can not move..dr. fahey was very caring and understood that i had problems and helped speed up the process of testing. he is a great doctor and has excellant bedside manner. the best cardiologist i have ever experienced. it is a blessing to have such a top notched cardiologist.

Dr Fahey is great. Just keep doing what you are doing. Staff is professional and friendly.
