My son was 3 weeks early and he was the doctor on call. The very first thing I did was ask for a C-section. He said those were for emergencies only. I have had two leaps on my cervix and endometriosis cauterized off my uterus. I was right and I knew what would happen my son did get stuck, no movement for 2 hours. I asked for a C-section again he said we need to try the vacuum before we do the C-section. The father was there and he asked well what are those what are those two. Not that it mattered because he wasn't going to let me have a C-section unless I tried the vaccum. ( like he didn't want me to go to surgery and was wanting it over with) he mentioned a few risks but he said that they are very rare but skull fracture was definitely not one of them. He wasn't going to give it to me anyways until I tried so I was pretty exhausted at that point so I said whatever you're not going to do anything I ask. He fractured my child's skull after a failed delivery attempt with the vacuum… but it was after denying me the fact that I wanted a C-section because of my multiple surgeries from my endometriosis, two leaps on my cervix but because those were for emergencies only even after my son was stuck I was not allowed to C-section until I did it his way, which resulted in my child's skull getting fractured, caused bleeding on his brain (verified by MRI, cat scan and bruises from pictures ( my very first picture with my son was with me intubated at the hospital he was born at because the father made sure I had that) which by the way the pictures show the contusion and the round circle of a bruise on the back of my son's skull you can see the left side of his face is so red and swollen and to this day today can still feel how his skull is concaved in the back. which was verified at the second hospital we were transferred to because I didn't even know about it until then. They did an MRI which showed from the fresh blood from the fracture that damaged the left back side of his brain up to 30% which at 6 months old was diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy. My son is 3 and 1/2 years old and each year of the brain damage you inflicted on my son is the most evil sadistic abusive power I have ever seen to hold the kind of power you have and to not be able to even tell me when you came in to my room As if you waited until I was asleep to neglect to mention have the fracture even happened.. I understand doctors don't go into their field of medical work to hurt children but the fact is that being in your position means that you be able to take accountability for your mistakes. Instead you hurt me and violated me EVEN MORE and my son and you think that because you're a doctor and I'm a no one, that I'm not going to let the entire world know what you did to my child, I don't care what the world knows about me but the world will sure know about you. This is not a threat. I'm sharing my story which has evidence that supports everything I have said. You never even said you were sorry. You took advantage of the fact that no one would believe because I'm a very honest person. There is no situation that makes using a vacuum delivery, fractures his skull, damages a quarter of his brain from bleeding and say that is appropriate for the situation you forced me into and then said I denied it. I would like to know in what world would a mother during delivery be told hey if you do this this could fracture your child's skull would be like yeah sure go ahead and do that? You may have took away my choice then but you did not take away my voice I have stayed quiet long enough. I don't care anymore about anything except letting everyone know what happened to my son and that made it to where you cant be held accountable. I don't care anymore about making sure you are held accountable, that this doesn't happen to anyone else and to make sur what you did to us will never be called appropriate . There is no reason or rhyme or anything that makes fracturin

First appointment 3 weeks ago… told me he is divorced and single. He made me feel so uneasey and made a comment that we should meet for drinks.

Super easy to deal with

Dr. Finneran is probably the kindest, and best Ob/Gyn I have ever seen. He & his nurse Amanda make a fantastic team. They are compassionate, funny, and put you at ease like no others. I recommend him to everyone! From a hard time, to a surgery, to baby doc. He seriously is a miracle worker.

He addressed all of my concerns, and was very personable. He put most of my concerns to ease, and explained everything. We made a plan so that we could stick to it in decent time. Great bedside manners!!!

Dr. Finneran is kind, compassionate, and caring. He takes the time to listen to his patients. Thank you for your care

Saw the doctor due to existing problem, he does make you feel at ease when he enters room, even before addressing issues you may have-not rushed. Front desk staff was approachable also. He also seems open to suggestions you may have and will explain his findings and recommendations to you and suggest follow up if needed. The only suggestion I would have is that after appt the assigned nurse should return to exam room to conclude visit and show u the way out, especially if you are not familiar with layout of the large office.

He preformed my hysterectomy told me everything to expect. He has the best bed side manners you could ask for. Highly recommend him to everyone that likes a compassionate doctor!

I was very satisfied with my office call with Dr. Finneran. He explained what tests he was going to run and why, answered my questions that I had for him, Showed compassion and was no way made to feel rushed. I feel confident I am in good hands. BJW
