The best doctor I’ve had.

Scheduled an appointment with Dr Moll. After waiting 90 minutes and not being seen by a doctor I left. An employee asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment. Apparently a 90 minute wait was nothing surprising to her. I suggest going to an office that cares about their patients

I would need a full page! A total NIGHTMARE! I am a Nurse, had an appointment to see Francis Moll, and I do not use Dr. because he does NOT deserve to be addressed as a Doctor. I have never in my life, met such an arrogant, rude, cocky, bully, disrespectful to others, absolutely NO bedside manners, condescending + more so-called Ortho doctor!!! I Scheduled an appointment after I had a fall and fractured my ankle. Insurance information was provided to the girl who scheduled me and btw it was her mistake!! Upon arrival for an appointment, I was told they did not accept my insurance. I paid out of pocket for the visit which included Xrays. After waiting and waiting to see him, he finally walks in all full of himself. Nightmare continued. They all have the same bad attitude as Moll! He, (Moll) told me I have "crappy insurance", not his problem, then told me to "go back where I came from" and finally threw us out of his office! Reporting to the Medical Board, Ortho Board, ALL Boards!!

I went to see Dr Moll for knee pain. First visit took x-rays + gave a shot in my knee + follow up in a month. No relief so called office to fax a script for an MRI. The results was stress fractures of the knee. Dr ordered a brace, walker + PT. After 6 weeks, very little relief. He had me see his associate to discuss a procedure to cement my fracture. Went to get a second opinion with my MRI’s + this Dr saw immediately that I was wearing the wrong brace. Within a week the pain subsided. Very unhappy with the care I received.

It was my first visit, very attentive and answered my questions. Felt like I've been going there for a long time.

He performed rotator cuff surgery 4 years ago. Shoulder feels great. Now I need knee replacement surgery and will rely on him again. Extremely confident with this Dr.

I had tripped and fell over a parking bumper and badly injured my knee. Dr. Moll was very pleasant and made me feel at ease while he treated me and drained my knee. He and his staff were all very pleasant and made me feel comfortable to be in their office. I would highly recommend Dr. Moll to any of my friends and family.

Extremely Uncaring Doctor - Should Have His Medical License Taken Away. This doctor left me sitting, untreated with a broken leg on a table in his office, and refused to treat me because I asked him if it would be possible to make his TV lower in the waiting room. He gets a zero star rating.

I visited this Dr for an injured shoulder. He performed surgery to repair the injury. My recovery more than exceeded my expectation. I have had surgeries in the past and some of the experiences have been extremely painful and not get the results I was hoping for. Dr Moll did a great job. My recovery went extremely well and 2 years after surgery my shoulder feels better than ever. I highly recommend him and have faith in his skills. Thank you for a job well done.

Dr Moll was very rude and declined to answer my questions. He spent less than 10 minutes in the appt and then took 8 days to write an order for an MRI test. Horrible doctor, horrible staff. Stay away. We are hispanic and i believe he disliked us more because of it.
