Lifesaver.

I have been a patient here for several years. I always have trouble with refills and other questions because the office staff is so terrible. The practice manager just hung up on me after she told me that I could not talk. Am I supposed to trust her to handle things right? And this has been going on for years.

Dr. Mwaisela gave me a diagnosis for my symptoms that no other doctor has been able to. I am confident in all of his abilities.

I went through 5 doctors before finding him and won't go to another, he is simply the best. He is caring and compassionate, he knows that the patient is the expert on their own body. I would cry if he stopped practicing. The wait times are long and that would normally annoy me but he is so worth it, I would wait all day.

Dr. Francis is one of the best doctors that I've been to. He takes his time to understand your problems and find a good treatment. The wait time is sometimes long so plan ahead.

Have been seeing Dr. Mwaisela for 6 years. I think he is a super Doctor but the office is very poorly run I have waited for over an hour for most appointments - even as the first appointment of the day. The last straw was when they lost my appointment because of a change in computer systems and I was offered an appointment in 3 MONTHS.

I never saw or had an appt with Dr. Mwaisela. But when I called to make an appt for my daughter and was told he does not treat children, the person on the phone was so kind and understanding. She gave me phone numbers for 3 pediatric neurologists in the area. That allowed me to get an appt a week sooner than the one I had. That's a lot of time to save when your daughter has undiagnosed tremors. Thank you!

Dr. Mwaisela is not only a great doctor, but a great person. Dr. Mwaisela actually called me from his home one evening to provide me with test results.

Caring beyond measure

Came down with a very rare auto immune syndrome. Dr. Mwaisela diagnosed it within an hour and started treatment immediately. Others are convinced this fast action was the reason that I recovered months sooner than expected. He is VERY caring and conscientious. A very rare and special doctor.
