Absolutely recommend and love Dr.Francis Rieger. Amazing sweet kind and so understanding. Had a tummy tuck and I could barely see the scares. Love love love him & he’s staff!!

Dr Rieger did my breast augmentation and I got amazing results that exceeded my expectations. He took so much time explaining to me the procedure and what to expect and I felt that I was in great hands. My results are stunning and I have so much more self confidence. I would highly recommend Dr Rieger and his excellent staff.

I recently had a breast augmentation and I couldn't be happier with my results. Dr. Rieger was extremely thorough and answered each and every question I had. Never did I feel pressured or swayed into the surgery or to a particular size. His entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

I am in my 30’s, mother of two (3 yrs., and a 7 month old), and really disappointed in the lack of volume in my chest after breastfeeding. I don’t plan on having any more children, so I am now focused on getting my body back! So, I scheduled a free consultation with Dr. Rieger to discuss having a breast augmentation. The office was clean and up kept. The staff were very professional and courteous, and made me feel welcome. Dr. Rieger was very respectful and attentive to my questions and concerns. I ultimately chose this doctor to perform a breast augmentation based on his experience and expertise. I wanted my breast to look/feel natural (basically like when my milk supply came in after having my babies), and that is just what I received. Based on measurements, Dr. Reiger was able to determine the appropriate size for my frame. I appreciate his approach, and I am so happy I went with this office. Recovery time is not bad- I was down for about 4 ½ days, not able to lift my baby. Bruising… is gone, and everything is healing great!

The outcome of breast surgery was VERY disappointing and required correction by a breast reconstruction specialist six months later to alleviate the depression that followed. This was a VERY expensive lesson in doing more research regarding surgeons. Thankfully it was correctable with a successful outcome.

I chose Dr Rieger based on his reputation, and his professional, caring manner. I had breast implants that were 30 years old had ruptured. Dr Rieger explained my options, the risks and the procedure to replace them. The surgery went well, but not all of the loose silicone could be removed. On a follow-up mammogram I had a scare where the radiologist identified loose silicone and it was suggested that the current implant had ruptured. Of course, I was dreading the thought of another surgery. The reports and images were sent to Dr Rieger who reviewed them and called me personally to assure me the current implant perimeter was intact. In every interaction with Dr Rieger and his staff, they have always been caring and professional. Do yourself a favor, choose Dr Rieger and you won't be disappointed.

When my Ob/Gyn recommended I have a hysterectomy, I was less than pleased... I said if I have to have this surgery, then I will do something for myself. After having 2 cesarean sections, 2 miscarriages and a huge uterine fibroid, my abdominal area was less than desirable to look at. I wanted to feel good about myself again. I asked my Ob about having an abdominoplasty in conjunction with my hysterectomy. He said absolutely, that it was something my body could handle and that their office could help coordinate. The hardest part was finding the right Cosmetic Surgeon. Dr. Rieger was one of the few names recommended by my Ob's office, and after seeing so many wonderful reviews online, I decided to go in for a free consultation. I was impressed from the beginning. Valerie, who scheduled me, has one of the sweetest voices I have ever heard! You can't help but smile after being on the phone with her. Everyone in the office was unbelievable nice as well. I was so nervous going in, because I… spent so much time trying to hide my stomach, now I would have to show it to a complete stranger! Dr. Rieger made me feel right at ease from the start! He was so compassionate and understanding. He even gave me a hug to help calm me down! I knew right then, that he was the right doctor for me! His office coordinated the surgery with my Ob's office, so I didn't have to worry about any of that. The night before my surgery, Dr. Rieger even called me himself to put me at ease once again and to answer any questions I might still have. (Although, he thoroughly answered everything at my previous visit.) The surgery was a huge success and I could not be happier with my decision! Dr. Rieger did an amazing job and I now have a flat stomach again! Recovery was exactly how he said it would be... I think because I had the double surgery it was a lot longer than if you have either one alone. If you are thinking of having an abdominoplasty with a hysterectomy, it is absolutely a possibility! I would never have chosen to do them separately. I had one surgery time, one hospital stay, one recovery period and I am done! I don't have to go back for a second surgery now. I was off work for a good 8 weeks (but I also work with small children, so I would have been useless anyway!) and it took awhile to get back to feeling myself. Ask your Ob if your body can handle the surgeries (mine was 7 hours total due to a few complications, most are about 5 total for both). And if he/she gives you the okay, do them at the same time! It's like getting wisdom teeth pulled-do them all at the same time, because who wants to go through that twice???

I had a breath augmentation and areola reduction with Dr Rieger. After healing I had constant pain in the inner side of my right breast. Also, the areola reduction did not work at all. It completely stretched out with the implants. I went back to him after 1 year concerned about the chronic pain, and look of my breasts. He then suggested we loosen up the pocket on the right breast and re-do the areola reduction using a permanent stitch (not sure why he wouldn't have used the permanent stick to begin with to avoid the stretching???) --- he charges me for a second time to get this procedure done. Because of the pain, I decide to have it done. I heal, and the pain still remains. I come back and tell him I am upset because the pain still remains and I have now paid him twice and still am having problems. He just says he doesn't know why the pain is there and doesn't offer to do anything for me. He seems like the nicest man, but don't be fooled, he doesn't care about his patients, just the… money. If he cared he wouldn't have charged me to fix his errors. Or he would have at least offered to have surgery again to fix the pain, or done something!!! And it's been over 3 years now and the pain is getting worse. I now need to find another surgeon who can help me and I'm hoping to find a compassionate one who won't charge much since dr. Rieger has taken so much of my money already and I really don't have the money to keep having surgery... Extremely disappointed. Now that the pain is increasing I am going to find a doctor who will uncover the problem he created.

After nursing 2 kids for quite a while, I reached a point where the weight I dropped all seemed to come off my chest. I needed to add the volume back. As a professional, I wanted it to look proportionate and appropriate. I had consults with 3 reputable doctors in town. The reason I chose Dr. Rieger is his experience and what I had heard about him in the community- that he is a conservative, experienced, and responsible physician. When I met with him I realized how much more informed he is about different methods, trends in other countries, and long-term considerations. With his guidance I chose the teardrop shaped implants. I told him I wanted the size to be full but proportionate to my body. I shied away from saying I want a full c-cup because to me that means different things to different people. From initial consult, to pre-op, to the surgery center, to post-op care, Dr. Rieger and his staff took excellent care of me. He called me personally the day before and the… day after surgery. After 2 c-sections I am familiar with the surgery process, and he certainly goes above and beyond, with genuine concern and attention to detail. What struck me was what the nurses in the surgery center told me about Dr. Rieger, that out of all of the surgeons who operate there, they trust him the most and his results are the best. Almost 6 months post-op, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The result is a very naturally looking, medium size C bust. I am a perfectionist, and there is not one thing I would change. I would recommend Dr. Rieger without reservation.

I did extensive internet research before choosing Dr. Rieger. A personal recommendation would have been preferable as choosing a doctor for such an important procedure via the internet can be risky, but I couldn't be happier. His reviews were right-on. Dr. Rieger is top notch with kind/gentle bedside manner, who provided an excellent and natural result. Friendly, professional staff made this a positive experience all around.
