Dr. Frank Juan Diaz, MD

Dr. Diaz is a wonderful, meticulous, and caring doctor. Therefore, it is a pity that the front office staff is the complete opposite of this. They are rude, unprofessional, and inaccurate with their information. They do not follow up, they do not call you back when they say they will, and they often leave you with unanswered questions. I've been attending this practice for almost 15 years, and this new round of administrative staff is the worst I have encountered. It's disgraceful that such wonderful doctors can be represented so poorly. I won't attend this practice anymore because of this problem. This is a medical practice, not a pizzeria.

Dr Diaz spends a lot of time with patients however it takes up to 2 hours for him to see you. Staff is just terrible. I would not recommend this doctor because of the office staff.

Dr Diaz is a great doctor! he is very careing ,smart,and should be given the Best Dr. in the TRI-state area.

Caring, professional and always gives his time to patients. The only downside of that is that you have to expect to wait in the waiting room as he gives this time to all patients. The staff seems to go through lots of changes. He no longer has anyone who speaks Spanish which is a shame since he has such a large following that only speak Spanish. The new staff seem to be uncaring and don't go out of their way to help anymore. I miss the days when you could call and get a caring person or when my mother could call and speak to his Spanish speaking secretary who was always so helpful and caring with us. Overall he is a great doctor and you wont find a doctor that is more caring I just wish that the office was better put together and that they'd be more accommodating to non-English speaking patients.

Went into the office as a new patient experiencing cold symptoms congestion coughing ect.. Arrived 5min prior to appt time to fill out paperwork waited 2hours before I was seen in a waiting g room with other sick patients. The office was nothing to right home about the staff is helpful I mean the scheduling issues alone could drive u nuts. I don't mind lengthy appts trays fine but schedule accordingly so no one sits miserable in a waiting room. Then I finally get moved to a room and wait another 15 for the doctor and who comes in but another doctor I didn't schedule the appt with. She never introduced hers

Dr Diaz has been my primary physician for seven years. I know him. He is an excellent physician.

Even this Dr Garcia, should have Hispanic roots, they don't offer any service en Espanol-Spanish, leaving his fellow community behind...Shame on you Dr !Dr.Francisco Diaz- NO ATIENDEN EN ESPAOL-Que Lstima !

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT AT DR DIAZ'S OFFICE FOR YEARS AND THE HELP HE HAS GIVEN ME HAS SAVED MY LIFE. I NEVER KNEW I COULD FIND A PRIMARY PHYSICIAN THAT CARED SO MUCH FOR ME. DR DIAZ IS ONE OF THE BEST.
