Dr. Francisco V Dozon, OD

This was the worst and quickest eye exam of my life! The staff were very nice and friendly. Dr. Dozon was in a bad mood and rude from the time he entered the room. He flew through my eye exam. My hubby and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I ended up going somewhere else to buy eyeglasses. We are pretty sure that Dr. Dozon messed up my eye exam or the wrong information was given to the place where I purchased my eyeglasses. I can’t see at all out of the right lense of the eyeglasses. There is a total disconnect between the two lenses and everything with the right lense is completely blurry. The place where I purchased the eyeglasses is trying to work with me to get things corrected with the eyeglasses. The eyeglasses are still there because things with the right lense are so bad. I’ve worn eyeglasses for most of my life and I’ve never had anything like this happen before. Sitting through the terrible eye exam was bad enough. Not being able to wear the new eyeglasses I purchased… is worse. I don’t recommend Dr. Dozon at all!
