Dr. Francisco Sumayao Marasigan, MD

Dr. Marasigan is a very intelligent and knowledgeable Physcian who I have know for many years. I worked with him in TN and I would concur he does tell patients what his feelings are which would be difficult for some patients to endure. There are patients who would not be happy with him but none of us like the same food, cars, houses and Physcians. That being said we all need to find a Physician who fits our needs and personality.

My husband called and spoke to someone at 9 am about numbness in his face and jaw pain. We are concerned because this could be an indication of a stroke. He was asked if he wanted to been seen today and he said yes, it is now 1 pm and he has not received a call to tell him if he can be seen or not. No one has addressed his call/problem - this is the first time he has called for an issue - scary they do not care!

Exception physician. If he leaves his current practice, I will definitely follow him where ever he goes!

I saw this doctor a few times and although he seems to be very knowledgeable, his bedside manners are not the best. He will quickly review notes and complaints on his computer before he walks in the room to see you, then will go on a tirade and would not let you get a word in. The few times I've been to see him, I was not able to communicate with him why I was there or express my concerns. Then, once he's done with his long winded speeches, he'll quickly walk out leaving you feeling worse than when you came in and with many unanswered questions. He is not the most compassionate person in the world either.
