Terrible. Had vulgar choice of words for other doctors who prescribe the normal amount of cannabis for their patients, very judgmental, pushes his own product on you throughout the entire appointment, doesn't listen to you, thinks he knows all and is very rude could write an entire page on what went wrong but we don't need all that, just know STAY AWAY

Dr. Ward and his staff are excellent. If you are on time for your appointment then you normally do not wait very long to be seen. My only complaint is that it can be VERY difficult to reach someone to make an appointment. Not always, but sometimes it's just very frustrating.

I saw 4 doctors and Dr Ward was the only one to listen and work with me on a plan for my chronic pain. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing pain management.

Very straight in explaining treatment or physical problem, not a pill pusher, that I respect. He can give good. Management advice I am pleased about his treatments.

Find find another doctor.

One reviewer mentioned how he talked about his own back pain...same thing in my visit. He talked to me for all of 5 minutes and refused to take me as a patient for no reason other than saying that he was afraid I would crash my car and sue him!?!?! That is the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard. As a pain patient of almost a decade I have NEVER had any issues with my medications, nor do they make me a danger on the road or in any other way. But he did not want to listen to me or even consider records from doctors who have treated me for many, many years. This guy is a joke. After reading some of these reviews, it seems the decision was for the best and I avoided a horrible doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr ward for about 5 years. As a pain management specialist he is very interested in finding the root of the problem and correcting it and not just masking it with pain medication. I was under the care of another Dr. in the past and he kept pushing more medication.The patients in the waiting room were a bunch of zombies. This is not the case at this office. I would recommend Dr Ward to anyone who is interested in controlling there pain the proper way. The use of stretching, exercises, and some medication my pain is bearable and I can live an active life and perform my job as needed.

Mrs. Johnson, TMI, TMI, TMI !! It sounds like you have a LOT of issues. Dr/Patient Confidentiality is a two way street. Maybe the P.A. who left was unprofessional. She lied about where she was going. Lying to a patient is unethical. Lost my respect.The other two did NOT resign. Check your facts. Dr. Ward has very high standards. I have been going to him for many years. My doctor referred me to him and said "Dr. Ward is the best." He has kept me out of pain and I am proud to say I am OFF meds which should be EVERYBODY'S goal. He is actually the opposite of greedy. He's less expensive cause he's not milking his patients with facility fees like most do. He also squeezes patients in because he is compassionate to their pain.He also has a high quality staff and only hires people who have a lot of training/ experience. I think you might have a problem finding another doctor when you yell a lot and blast them on the internet.

He needs to get his act together he said listen little girl and I'm 41 and then goes on to talk about his back pain! First that's unprofessional, second I'm a chronic renal patient who is having emergency surgery tomorrow due to an infection and if he would have closed his mouth and opened his ears he made have heard that part! Another PA that was good gone and he had the nerve to talk about her like she wS trash! Can not believe him he owes me an apology! His back problems and how he deal with it are not my issue tacky.com! Do you have 1 kidney and another that's failing no! So be quiet then! He put a DNF on my pain meds for 2 days! Which I called and discussed with his PA! I then saw him discussed it with him! I had one kidney taken out 2011 it took several phone calls to get pain meds! Then I had a major hernia as a result of the kidney removal hard time getting my meds again! Then I now have a tube sticking in my kidney through my back with stitches and he has the nerve to compare… his back surgery to my 16 yr illness! He made me feel like a drug seeker which I am not! And I'm 41 years old!!! He was so unprofessional told me find another Pm already had started the process! There document system is terrible or he doesn't know how to use it properly! I'm without pain meds for 48 hours and my pressure is rising due to the pain from the infection. Which he would have known I had an infection if he would close his mouth and open his ears! He refused to verify with the PA what she told me to do and talked really bad about her because today was her last day! 3rd PA to resign in a year! His staff does not care! They billed me 120.00 claimed I didn't pay copays and anyone that has been there knows they make you pay before you can even see a doctor!! So why did I owe 120.00?? Then Everytime I had a surgery instead of my medication being ready they made me come in when I would tell them in advance! But the do not notate properly at all. He never calls you back or remembers what he tells you! But this time after 16 years I will not let this slide I have had enough of these doctors that think they can do whatever they want and I will use every resource I have to make sure this is handled so that this does not continue to happen to anyone else! I have a major infection high blood pressure my pressure is sky high right now! I will never refer a soul to this man ever! He has taken on way to many patients that's just sheer GREED on his part and if anything happens to me as a result of him refusing to ask the PA my family will hold him personally responsible! I have everything documented that has happened and then some! And I refuse to allow him or any other doctor put me In the ground! My pain goes up my pressure is then not controlled! Pharmaceutical companies push certain medications and they give you this stuff! Please understand how this works! He wanted to sit and explain HIPPA laws to me when I worked for Carefirst for ten years??? But because he sits up high he doesn't realize that I have 20 yrs of experience in insurance! This little so called girl knows where to go to file a complaint and have this whole situation investigated and I will do just that! You did not take a toxicology screening on me for almost 2 years is that not a violation on your part?? Then when you do it comes back clean so how do I go from that to your refusal to give me my prescription and have to wait 2 days with no medication what kind of doctor does that! I'm sorry but someone needs to investigate and do a complete audit of his books and review how many people he did trigger point injections on when it didn't help!? But trigger point injections do not work for everyone! But he makes you sit and wait while he is shooting people in the back! I use to respect you when I first started but like I said your a hack for doing what you did and I really hope you stop being a pain management doctor! You don't even remember patients cases or names at all! My file is 16 yrs thick and you forgot?? How does that happen! Please do yourself a favor find another doctor who really is about the patient and not the all mighty dollar? The people in the room while performing trigger points or even asking questions are they professionals or did you just go for cheap labor? In your Thursday meeting please discuss closing you seriously need. To you have burn out or something is seriously wrong with you to send a documented chronic renal patient out the door! Your staff is to scared to speak up to you they leave instead! The only person that's still there is the office manager if that's what you want to call her! I wonder why she is still on the payroll? Please retire you have lost the fact that care is about the patient not your wallet or ego! I hope someday from some investigation place seriously looks into your office because it's sorely needed! Oh yeah you leave a message for him he will never call back!

After 8 years and many types of treatment, I found the only doctor who was able to help and diagnose correctly my degenerative disc disorder as well as prescribe a series of treatments that help correct the condition and alleviate the pain including minor invasive surgical procedures, therapy and medicines. I say again, Dr. Fransisco Ward was the only doctor able to give me relief from my chronic neck and back pain. The new staff is a big improvement over the old staff. I can not stress enough how gracious I feel towards Dr Ward and his staff that have helped me with my pain. Being pain free is such a wonderful feeling after being down and out from the pain. Thank you very much Dr. Ward!
