Hello, I'm Francisco Zornosa, a physician for Affinity Medical Group. Partnering with each patient to provide a full assessment and treatment options is very important to me. I am certified in nephrology and provide personalized care to adults with medical needs. I have a special interest in the management of complex hypertension and patients who have had kidney issues/transplants and electrolyte disorders. I earned my medical degree at the University of Valle in Colombia and did my internal medicine residency training at the University of Illinois in Chicago. I also completed a fellowship in nephrology at the University of Illinois. Outside of the office I enjoy biking, spending time with my family and photography.
