Summary
Dr. Franco Facchini received his undergraduate degree at Kalamazoo College with a BA in Chemistry. In 1985, he received his DDS at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.
Dr. Facchini is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and Detroit District Dental Society. His commitment to further education is evident in his memberships in the Academy of General Dentistry, Russell Bunting Periodontal Society and the Plymouth Research Institute. He acts as a Clinical Consultant for THE DENTAL ADVISOR journal, a national publication which evaluates dental products and equipment for the profession. Most recently, Dr. Facchini achieved fellowship in the prestigious Academy of General Dentistry, which is only awarded to Dentists who further their education through a variety of Hands-On and Didactic courses. A rigorous exam must be passed prior to the honor being awarded.
Personally, Franco enjoys traveling with his two beautiful daughters. Growing up in St. …Clair Shores, he is a Tiger baseball fan, and enjoys the beauty of the Michigan outdoors.
