Dr. Franco Song Seo, MD

I've been seeing Dr. Song over a year and I really like him. However, I will be switching doctors. His office staff has some of the worst people I've ever dealt with. I ran out of refills before my next appointment and called several times for refills. My pharmacist also sent several requests that were ignored. They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. They were rude and incompetent when I went to the clinic to follow up on my several requests, not worth the hassle, I'm sure I'll find a much better place since this office set the bar so low.

He loves writing prescriptions. He has cancelled on me two times. Now my prescription is out because he wont see me. He types on his keyboard while you try to communicate. He is very nice but you never get to talk to him.

I was misdiagnosed with depression and despite repeatedly telling Dr. Song that I thought my symptoms were due to something physical, he never wanted to listen or assisting me referring me to a different specialist. I had to research and insist until I was diagnosed with viral encephalitis. Dr. Song ignored my plight and I lost 1 year and 8 months to obtain a proper diagnosis and treatment. He would refuse to write in my chart my concerns, and my repeated requests to assist me. He would just increase dosages and add medications to my long list. My condition was aggravated by the psych meds he continued prescribing, which produced severe neurotoxicity damage delaying my recovery by much. I don’t trust him or anyone in his office group. The doctors in his practice are not interested in nothing but push psych meds and don’t try to figure out if symptoms could be due to physical issues. The inflammation in my brain was so great I could have died. Not recommended, stay away from… this doctor.
