Friendly staff. Dr. Barber is very knowledgeable and professional. Shoulder surgery went great with sooner than expected recovery. Never had to wait when showing up for my appointment.

Dr Barber and his team were not only empathetic and caring but also very thorough in all my care. My shoulder feels like new- no pain and full mobility.

I had a ACL procedure done on my left knee by Dr. F. Alan Barber and that's when we set up a relationship with him and his practice. He has been exceptional, in providing quality care and service in getting me rehabilitated. There were no surprises. Very friendly staff and they treat you well. Its not like going into a hospital and not being cared for. Overall, I have had a very positive experience. His smile is very calming and reassuring, puts you in ease knowing that you are in good hands.His PA Raleigh was excellent in tending to my knee and understanding what was wrong. She is very courteous and works will with the patient and the practice

Great doctor and staff. He is a wealth of knowledge on knees and how to keep them healthy (or how to repair them to get them healthy). His surgery skills are top notch.

About 35 years ago I established a social relationship with Dr Barber via Leadership Plano. When I hurt my shoulder building a fence around my backyard, I immediately contacted Dr Barber’s office to find out if I had actually damaged my shoulder or the hurt would go away. His examination proved There was damage. Soon thereafter he performed surgery. He sent me to an A+ physical therapy clinic for several weeks. Today I have full range of motion with no deterioration in strength. I have referred several close friends to Dr Barber. All share my belief that Alan Barber is THE best in his field.
