Dr. Frank Robert Burns

I've known Dr. Burns for 35 years. I used to go to the place he originally worked every since I was about 6 years old...unfortunately I went back after many years he wasn't there I wasn't told where he had moved to. I decided not to go to that location since he wasn't there. Seeing someone else is something I refused to especially that the people there were stuck up to put it in a nice way. What was important to them wasn't helping people it was "only" getting money. As an example I had a remaining bill of $80- from about 14 years prior. The only reason I was allowed to be seen was he said he would approve a payment plan. Everyone else was upset asking for all the money upfront before I could be seen. So years later they asked for the money w/out telling me he was no longer there they lied to have me their interest was the money of 14 year prior either way they said I could be seen, and they asked for payment up front afterward when paid in full they said it'd be processed to… insurance. There are many people I know that refuse to be seen at that dentist off, many were Dr. Burn's patients. When I found him in Weston I was SO happy he always did work that would last for many years. As a young child people can fear a dentist, but for me it wasn't that way. He is very caring, and he believes in doing everything to save teeth. When I found him he helped me, but others I had consulted with told me get all of my teeth pulled. That is no way to treat anyone also shows the type of lazy person others can be. I don't trust anyone else this also includes he is very gentle as he works other then knowing seeing he is there is no pain as he works including after. With other dentist I've felt every single pain drilling including the rest of the day a all of my teeth end up hurting. I recommend you check him out.
