Dr. Frank is maybe the most professional and meticulous doctor I've ever seen. He takes his time to explain the procedure and always pleasant. Very friendly throughout the whole process. Couldn't be happier!

I never met an awesome dentist until I met Dr Frank Carotenuto. Who is very soft spoken, and gentle with his hands. His staff is the best, they welcome you with open arms..

Horrible place. I HAVE PERMANENT NERVE DAMAGE BECAUSE OF THIS DOCTOR. I went in for wisdom teeth extraction and ended up in a horror story. First off they are EXTREMELY evasive about price. You'll never get an answer as to how much something costs then they stick you with the bills. They purposely made me get special Xrays that I was then told on the spot I had to pay cash for. Makes no sense. The Xrays were used and I STILL got nerve damage. I now have PERMANENT NERVE DAMAGE IN MY TONGUE. Half my tongue has been numb for well over two years. When I came back to the doctor he shrugged his shoulders and said "well I'm not a nerve doctor" Now I have a bill for over 2000 dollars, I have to see specialists about my nerve damage, and developed a healthy fear of dentists. There's only one dentist here I didn't realize how rushed he was working basically VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. VERY UNSCRUPULOUS. Not to mention careless. The so called "medical advice" when it came time to choose a… procedure was extremely vague and after mistakes were made very contradicting. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. SKIP THIS PLACE.
