Dr. Frank Peter Caserta, MD

Helped me to understand the whole process. Walk me through it bit by bit, and in the end, managed to fix a lifetime of vision issues in the process of fixing cataracts.

I am so grateful to Dr. Frank Caserta. I have been terribly nearsighted since I was a child. With the onset of cataracts, there was no longer a reasonable way to correct my vision with lenses. While I was nervous facing Cataract surgery, Dr. Caserta answered all my questions and I received detailed written instructions so I wouldn’t forget. For each eye surgery, Dr. Caserta was super organized and I could tell from listening to the nurses that Dr. Caserta had specific instructions and expectations for the treatment of his patients. I liked that a lot. Today I had my last post operative appointment. I have gone from legally blind in both eyes to really not needing glasses except for reading. It is just so wonderful and I sincerely thank Dr. Caserta.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Caserta’s for a number of years. He has seen me through two separate TBI’s. Sharpest guy around. Respectful, thorough, straight-shooter and has large knowledge base. Educators will love him. He’s not intimidated by questions.

I have been a patient of Dr. Caserta almost two decades. Over a period of time I have had two cataract surgeries and just last Friday, a laser procedure. Dr. Caserta is courteous and caring and carefully explains the status of your vision in understandable terms. He is straight-forward in your diagnosis and prognosis and you leave feeling calm and confident. He also has a wonderful staff; well trained, friendly and helpful. A great team!

I recently had cataract surgery on my left eye followed by my right eye three weeks later. I was extremely pleased with my results after Dr. Caserta restored my vision to near perfect 20/20 vision. Several years ago Dr. Caserta operated on my husband to remove his cataracts with the same wonderful results. I have found Dr. Caserta to be kind and patient and always willing to answer any questions that I might have. He is never in a rush and escorts you from the waiting room of his office into his examination room. Dr. Caserta was recommended by my ophthalmologist as I was diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I made a great choice in who would be operating on my eyes. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. Caserta was extremely friendly and took the time to explain how cataracts formed, the process for correcting the issue and the instructions I needed to prepare for the surgery and recovery steps. I had cataract surgery on one eye one week, and the second eye 2 weeks later (my call). The follow-up visits were easy and quick. I am not much on giving reviews, but the Skill that Dr. Caserta has is not to be questioned in my view. He brought my eyesight back to 20/20 after surgery. I have not seen this well for over 35 years. Words can not begin to express my gratitude to him. I will now & always be grateful beyond words.
