Dr. Frank Howard Christensen, MD

Dr Christensen operated on my eyes over 20 years ago. They still look great and I am 82 years young. I have tried to reach Dr. C to thank him for the excellent results that I still enjoy...but he is not available, so I cannot tell him directly that what he did still looks super. Thank you!

He did me no good. One eye lid up and one eyelid down. Actually it looks as if he only did one eye. I asked about it and he didn't know why one was up and one was not. On top of that he had me in the outpatient clinic at 7:30 am and didn't start on me until 4:30 PM the nurse put me in the recovery room so they could go home even before the surgery. His comment was "Somebody must be last". Alana

Very aggressive man. Has threatened retail workers for errors beyond their control. He told a cashier that they "better run" from him if he had to come back due to a computer error that was beyond the cashier's control.

Dr. Christensen is a skilled surgeon with extensive experience who is willing to take time to effectively communicate with his patients. My condition was complicated and had required previous surgeries. He was happy to take as much time as I needed in order to fully understand and feel comfortable with his diagnosis and plans for surgery. The results are beautiful and life-changing!

I am very happy with Dr. Christensen! He explained exactly what needed to be done to fix my Jone's Tube situation. He was very thorough in evaluating during surgery what he couldn't see in the office and explained in detail after the procedure about removing old scar tissue to make the tube fit properly. Having the Jone's tubes is not an easy thing to live with, and having Dr. Christensen as my surgeon has made all the difference in the world. My tubes are staying in place and are draining as they should after surgery. Dr. Christensen took the time to really listen to me about my eye tube issues and explained in detail the options available to me. He is a very personable, caring and experienced doctor.

Dr. Christensen operated on my right eye, and two weeks after the surgery. My eye is in perfect condition and you can't tell I had surgery unless you saw my eye before the surgery. Dr. Christensen is A++

Dr. Christensen is very thorough and meticulous. I didn't mind waiting a little longer than needed because anyone operating on my face and in a hurry... no thank you! He always takes his time and is there for me and his nurse and staff are very caring and helpful.

Might have been a skilled surgeon 20 years ago, but his current demeanor is arrogant and uncaring. I have found a different oculoplastic surgeon to remove the HA implant Dr. C put in because I've had nothing but infections and pain since the surgery.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Christensen. he has improved my vision so much the world looks brighter. Dr. who works to get it right , takes his time to answer all my questions. During surgery he took his time to make sure my eyes were balanced an correct. He has allowed me to keep up my target shooting for some years to come Thanks

Steer clear of Dr Christensan! Not only are his waiting room waits unacceptable, (I should have walked out after 1 1/2 hrs!) but the man determined I required a blepharoplasty to remove the excess tissue above on my upper eyelids. I was told to be at the hospial at 5 am. Finally, I started getting dressed to leave at 3:00 pm when he showed up and attempted to tell me that I also should have an extreme forehead lift for an additional $5,000.00. When my husband refused, he finall took me into the Operating Room to do the procedure. My eyes have always been perfectly matched and symertrical. After he finished, my left eye is much smaller than my right eye. I pointed this out during a folliw up visit when he told me it is due to my sleeping on my left side! I sleep on my right side actuall, or my back! This man should not get close to anyone with a scaple in hand!
